I have type 1 Von Willebrands bleeding disorder. I would like to have a tummy tuck with lipo. I would like to know if having Von Willebrands increases my risk to the point where I would not be a candidate for the surgery. I have had 3 C-sections and a partial hysterectomy. I was premedicated with DDAVP and IV Benadryl (I am allergic to DDAVP) before past surgery and have had little to no bleeding. Thoughts? 46 yrs old, 5ft, 143lbs

I am a 47 years old female, 56 145lbs, no known major disease/diabetes diagnosis. Had liposuction done on my abdomen areas 3 times throughout my life, but I could never achieve a smaller waistline that I always wanted. I had lipo done on my upper arm and it maintained over 6 years, so is there any solutions out there? Oh because of my schooling I wont be able to perform the procedure until 2026, but its part of my plan
45 year old - no kids, no major weight loss, not much loose skin, tons of stretchmarks. Bodytite 13 years ago which left deformities. Surgeon: You could 1. have a mini tummy tuck with skin removal see photo blue markings. 2. Full tuck but dont have loose skin above navel and dont need muscle plication so end up with a high vertical scar more risky due to Bodytite. Either way most stretchmarks remain. Opinions?
I am 48 and had a TT 6months ago and am concerned with the level of swelling I have daily this far in. I opted for a standard TT instead of the fleur de lis and knew I would not be flat after a 80 lb weight loss and twin pregnany but it feels like an extreme difference throughout the day. I know it can take up to a year but I thought the majority would be resolved by now.
I am 47 years old w 3 children born naturally. I am 125 pounds and 56 . I was wondering if there are options for the saggy skin around my belly button. My stomach is not so much overweight as loose skin. Would a tummy tuck work for me or is there another option? Thank u
I (woman, 54 years old, mother of twins, 52 140 lbs) am ready to have an abdominoplasty. I have a history of DVT, severe endometriosis which resulted in hysterectomy, and take estrogen. What questions should I ask in a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon? What steps can I take, now, to prepare for a best outcome? What recommendations would you make to a loved one with my medical history, who is preparing to undertake abdominoplasty?

Im late 40's, 170 cm, 76 kg and ranged from size 6 to 16. Ive always looked like I do in the photos even with weight loss. Ultrasounds confirmed there is no muscle separation. I have no children. 2 PS consults have given different advice. 1 advised a TT w/ muscle repair & lipo can be done. The other said there is nothing that can be done, no TT and/or lipo. He indicated that a TT would stretch the skin causing laxity & lipo wont help. What to do? TT, mega lipo, nothing?
