Thermage + Cheeks Q&A

I have a bit of sagging and smile lines that are starting to bother me. However, I am only 32 and have a good amount of volume in my cheeks, and would like to avoid filler for the time being. What would you recommend for firming the face? I'm considering emface, thermage or rf microneedling, but not sure what would be the most effective for my particular case.

I have very mild cheek festoons such as the ones shown in the photo (please note that this is not me). I have recently lost about 6kg and they seem slightly more pronounced. Will Thermage possibly help improve the appearance of these? I am also interested in fat transfer to correct the area (dermal fillers do not appeal to me).

I'm constantly aware of the feeling of loose sagging skin on my cheeks, jowls, and chin. My face is very flabby and round (but the roundness is decreased if I pull the skin back gently) I'd like better definition around my cheeks and jaw line, but I am only 21. Is this too young to be considering treatment?

Dear Doctors Unfortunately I ve an overdone fat grafting on one side of my face many years ago, then Ps s tried everything liposuction, surgically removal, lipas, corticosteroid etc to correct the asymmetry.. no result! In some forums it's stated that well adjusted Thermage may correct the situation to a level by giving some fat athropy , is that true? Do you think it's a feasibl step in my situation ? If yes how many procedure what energy level do you suggest? thanks

I lost a substantial amount of fat in my left side lower medial cheek/nl fold area after a thermage treatment several years ago. I have tried every HA filler in the book like Voluma many times over but nothing has ever worked to plump the sunken area out. Are there any other options?

I had thermage done a month ago. I just saw myself in a picture and my cheeks are thin and look caved in. It looks like my cheeks that were once full have no fat on the now. I only had one done. Is this procedure going to last? Will it come undone? The doctor was telling me to do it once a month, which is very scary. It looks really bad. Do you have any advice? What do I do now?
