I had co2 laser done a few months ago but it didn't manage to reduce the scar which is kind of lumpy. Should I treat with steroids to soften the tissue?

I'm unable to get rid of tiny bumps on nose (Tried consumption of isotretionioin) for a month. Mnrf if apply then leads to worse scarring.Guide.

I had a traffic accident about a month ago and had stitches under my right eyelid. A scar formed on my eyelid and this caused a difference between my two eyes. I started using silicone sheets on a burn scar under my nose (12 hrs/day) and saw a big improvement in redness over 1 month. When I started wearing them the whole day, my skin became itchy and red. I stopped for 3 weeks and used ketoconazole. When I restarted for 2hrs/day, my skin became irritated again. I also have seb derm on that area. I want to continue using the sheets but need to calm down my skin. My derm suggested using desonide and pimecrolimus but don't steroids increase yeast?
