Around month 8 or 9 I noticed a weird mark on my nose. It looks bad after the shower or after being outside, but other times it's not super noticeable. My doctor recommended lazer treatment but it either hasn't done anything, but I've only done 1 so far. What are my options? What could this be? The picture attached it when it looks particularly bad after I went on a hike (but wore plenty of sunscreen)
Hello, I've been unhappy with my nose my whole life and decided to get it fixed. It's big with a bump, and on my small and narrow face, it looks even bigger. The bone is so big at the bridge that I literally never had sunglasses that fit me good, without leaving red marks on the sides. I would like to get a natural-looking nose, but make it shorter and straight without a bump, and with a more refined and lifted tip. I would not like it to be too pointy or too small. What realistically can I expect?
My daughter threw 2 plastic figurines and they hit clipped the bridge of my nose. I have had a lingering headache and it feels like the pain is centered where my nose is. My eyes arent bruised and my nose didnt bleed, it is slightly swollen but no one but me would notice. There is a red mark where it hit and I can barely touch my nose, its so tender. Should I go see my family physician? Is there anything they can do?
I had septorhinoplasty to correct my deviated septum (left side collapsed), tip raised up and hump reduced. This happened 31st May. However my doctor said, I can wear glasses whenever I want. But I'm starting to notice red marks and a thin-look on my nose bridge. The tip is still very swollen so can't see final results yet obviously. Has he made a mistake saying I can wear them straight away? cotton wool is under the glasses-pads to place less pressure onto the bridge bones. Thanks!
This red rash looking mark or splodge of pink has developed after the cast off my nose is two months post opp it gets bigger one day and the next swelling goes down. I also have developed a hole like dip at the tip of my right nostril. It was open surgery. What could the red mark be, will it stay? And what could have caused this dip?
This mark was a lot bigger in the early stages and so i feel it may just be swelling, but the fact it still hasn't completely healed and only in one eye is worrying. Although it does seem to be getting better slowly, my surgeon said it could be potential bone fragment from surgery. If so what should I do? The photo is at 1 month, I'm now at 3 months and it does seem to be better than in the photo. Thanks.
