Any experience please?
Nose has been blocked up on one side for 2 months now. Had CT scan, deviated septum. Wait time to see an ENT in Canada is 10 months. Use saline sprays, nasal steroid spray, vicks, breathe right strips. They all help a bit. Sometimes i have trouble sleeping because of it, its uncomfortable to deal with, and i find myself having to calm myself down to prevent a panic attack when i cant breathe through my nose. Is there anything that I can do to help deal with my nose while i wait to see the ENT?
I'm not taking any pain killers- just Tylenol and I was taking Duricef antibiotic but I stopped after I vomited. Can this also be a combination of anxiety / panic attack?
I have some anxiety issues, and can have panic attacks from time to time... A couple of years ago I had surgery on my nose which left me with a saddle nose. I was due to go in for surgery today to fix it, but panicked so much I had to cancel, I am very, very upset about this. I had general anaesthetic before but was not aware of the risks, now I am, I panic about not waking up so much that it made me sick earlier (even though it's 1 in 250,000 and safer than driving). Please help :(
