I've had the indent since I was a baby but it's getting significantly more obvious as I age. I have been told that it's in an area that is complicated to work on. I have scoured before and afters for years and have never seen a surgical/non-surgical rhinoplasty or forehead contour result that specifically addressed this part of the nose/brow. I don't really mind the shape of my nose otherwise. Could a brow bone reduction help? I wouldn't even know what to ask a doctor for during a consult.
I had got rhinoplasty operation by my nose 5 years ago.Doctor said that he made added caritlage to my nose tip which is between my eyes by my own cartilage which he cut out by my own nose.
Hi I've recently been on here with a similar question . I am very conscious with my nose and it bothers me a lot . What bothers me almost More then that is the spacing between my eyes being to far apart. I know that a nose job can help that but what I want to know is how much of a difference can it make
Hello! I had rhinoplasty 8 weeks ago and I have just noticed that I have developed some wrinkles/lines on the top part of my nose in between my eyes. It's 4-5 wrinkles/lines running horizontally like age lines. I wasn't expecting this, is it usual? Is there anything I can do to resolve it? I had some of the bridge of my nose shaved down and some cartilage removed from the tip and I am 35. Thank you!!
I had a rhinoplasty around 4 weeks ago. A few days ago I thought I was noticing a small bump starting to emerge on the upper bridge of my nose and it seems it is increasing in size. What is this? Is this normal? It feels quite hard when I touch it. It's difficult to contact my surgeon at the moment since he is in another country and its easier to contact him through a translator face to face. By the way, I am taping my nose everyday for 6 weeks as per my doctors instructions.
My nose has a protruding glabella (roman type nose) and I was wondering if I can reduce the size of it. Also what would be the average length between the eye to the top of the gabella? I also noticed that people with a protruding nose have a forehead the falls backwards and people who have inward glabellas have a far more straighter forehead Is there a correlation between the two? And if I were to reduce my gabella would the same go for me? Part between my nose not sure if I had the right term
I had rhinoplasty 19 years ago. I always had a small hard lump that never went away on bridge, 2 wks ago the lump started to burn and prickle & got bigger. My sinuses r swollen, tip of nose sensitive to touch. I have appt w/an ENT in 2 wks, It took 2 wks for symptoms to occur, I fear in 2 wks it may get worse. Can a Urgent Care center help me get a scan quicker so that I will have the results ready for the ENT in 2 wks. What is happening with the lump?
The surgeon actually moved material from the side of the nose to the area between tip and bridge due to the area between the eyes (the bone) being so high. I now look like a freak with my nose going straight to my forehead. It used to be significantly below the forehead between the eyes. How can this be corrected - removing the material he added between the tip and bridge and reducing the height of the bone while going more narrow?
I had a rhinoplasty almost one month ago and the as soon as the doctor took of the splint i noticed my eyes looked different...almost scary different. As time passes the swelling has gone down but its still swollen to me. It makes me look weird especially in harsh lighting. Also, its worse in the morning and better at night. I was just wondering if this will ever go away? I want my eyes to look like before but I'm a little scared. I'm talking about the distance horizontally between my eyes.
