I made it thanks be to God!!! Just want to thank all whe wonderful staff at Wilmington hospital. First night a bit rough....the percs was a big help with the pain. FYI take a sun dress to wear home, so much easier to put on. Also, take wipes since you can not wash right away. I also rented a hospital bed which is very helpful. I am second day post op and feeling ok for now. I will post after pics soon. The best is yet to come!!!

Ok so I am doing good!!! Just fyi: The surgery itself was not painful at all... The only pain is your back...The tubes look bad but not bad at all!!! I got my tubes out 6/22 I was so scared. I was scared for nothing!! I just feels like someone is pulling shoe strings out of your belly.....The first three days your are not hungry after surgery. The day I got home i started taking MOM. I also made sure I ate fiber one cereal which was a BIG help. I pinned my tubes to a belt when showering. I also was advised to put Basitrician on my tube area. I was advised not to put anything on scar until after six weeks. Let me just say everything was well worth it!!!!

Congrats...thanks for the sundress tip...I actually went and bought one today...also nice to know Wilmington Hospital is great....a lot of women from our area say that....I have tt on July 6th...very excited....praying God will bless my ps hands and recovery....Hope you are enjoying the flatlands!

I got mine done the same day....extended tt, lipo inside and out thighs, and a breast lift (no implants).
Feeling pretty good so far....walking around is not fun...but making myself. These binders are the DEVIL!

I'm thinking of getting mine done. I seen a video and I'm honestly scared of getting it done. I'm 27 years old and currently weigh 330lbs. 3 years ago I was weighing 583lbs thanks to my bariatric surgery I can live. However, I know I'm still a big guy but the excess skin is getting in the way of being able to excerse efficiently

Hey mrsmayweather, I'm having a tt, ba and lipo on 6/6. I'm in Delaware too but my surgery is being done by another ps. I'm busy prepping for surgery. So many feelings...overwhelmed, scared, nervous, excited...blah blah blah. Can't wait! Good luck!

I am getting mines done on the same date as well. Funny thing is I am not even nervous...just want to get it over with. I was scheduled for 4/27/2012 but my surgeon got into a motorcyle accident and broke his collar bone(luckily he made it through) there for my surgery was pushed back to 6/11/2012...so at this point impatient I am!
