10 months post op!

WORTH IT$9,800
I posted 2 new photos, I wish I had better results to show you but these past 10 months have been difficult to keep the weight off. When I had my operation and the lipo I weighed 149, I went up to 165 and am now at 158. It's a daily struggle to make healthy choices. I've become a vegetarian since my operation and am eating healthier. I'm now exercising and starting to body build. This operation put me in motion to live a healthy lifestyle for the rest of my life. The TT and lipo was not the "end all" answer all of us are looking for but it kick starts the process. Good luck to all you newbies, you will not regret the results, send me any questions any of you have!!!!

A friend who needed reconstructive surgery, spent time researching surgeons in the Southern California area. She found Dr. Schwartz and was amazed at his professionalism and attention to detail. It is apparent that he loves this profession and makes the patient feel comfortable with q&a. You will always be able to contact him directly, he will not disappear once surgery is over.

Ladies, this surgery is painful, If I knew how much of discomfort I would be in- I don't think I would have done it. I hate the tightness, its really indescribeable (sp?). i feel like Im goung to rip my stomach when I bend down. The area of my inner vaginal walls by my thighs feels like it's being pulled apart. Does anyone else get these sharp pains near your incisions and sides?

The good news is at week 6 I noticed a huge change of not crunching over within 3-4 hours of being out. I'm at week 7and started back on the treadmill. I did 750 calories today!!
I am still producing fluid and have to get drained every week but its better then having the drain to me.
My clothes fit me totally different, I am hoping to get to a loose size 6. I was a tight size 8 almost a 10 when I had surgery. i will post more pics this weekend! Thanks ladies for being here, it means a lot to have a place to voice my thoughts. xoxo!!!!

I had a follow up with my PS yesterday and my tummy area under my BB was full of liquid. He drained 2 large syringes and informed me that he wanted to insert a smaller drain next week ....., ugh!!!!!

I'm heading back to his office the day before I leave to Las Vegas. Oye, Vey!!!!

I over did it on Xmas eve, I cleaned, shopped, cooked etc from 7 am-11 pm that day and have literally been lying down since then. It took a toll on my tummy and I'm
gonna have to pay for it with a new drain!!!

You look fantastic! I just went to my 4 week po and my doc said the best thing for my scar is Vitamin "E" oil. I think each doc has their own opinion... and ideas as to what the best treatment is :)
My personal opinion is go with the scar treatment your doctor recommends. Even if it's a little pricey, you chose your doc based on his ability, knowledge, experience and expertise - don't skimp at the finish line. Just as a FYI, I'll be doing BioCorneum (sp) for my tummy tuck scar and silicone patches for the breasts when cleared to start - my procedure was 12/12/12. Your pics are awesome!
Ugh the roller coaster of tt
I know it will all be worth it this summer but it is VERY painful. I can't imagine working and feeling the way I do. My heart goes out to the women that only have 2 weeks of vacay time.
me either I go back on my 26th day and am wishing i had one more week! But some people have super easy recoveries. I think the extent of the MR and lipo determines your recovery. =) Happy Friday
BTW - google better prices for the product he recommends - I bought mine online from a place in Encino ;)
I will def do that, thank you Momma!
