i think once your breast drop you might not be able to see the outline off the implant as much! because the muscle relaxes and the skin stretches: mine was really bad immediately after surgery but now it doesnt look too bad; you got to look real close to see it: thats why im gonna give it some time to see what happens: your only 3 weeks you should wait until the 3 month mark to see how they look than!
They deff have gotten better, only one breast is visible low. I'm praying within time the other gets better. Trying to stay positive tho! Thank u:)
your welcome! keeping my fingers crossed for you!
Sorry to hear your having issues.  I haven't heard much about the sientras...one good thing about saline is the ability to overfill the implant to minimize rippling and address some of the drooping, maybe that could help to switch.  You are pretty tiny, did you ever ask about any skin graft?  I think it's called alloderm although it's pricey.  Also, the bag poking outwards looks uncomfortable, does it cause you any pain?  That would be a good reason to get them replaced as well.  My first aug years ago I felt the implant on the underside of one of my breasts- that may have been similar to your issue and it did hurt so I had them replaced as soon as possible (a year later) and was so glad I did.  When something just doesn't feel right you gotta trust your body.
I had another appointment with a different also we'll known ps and he basically said that I need to fgive more time and he pretty much backed up what my ps said and his technique., so I'm happy about that to an extent. Just gonna put them away for now and give more time. Thank u:)

I previously had 300cc silicone, under the muscle implants. One child prior and two children after. I decided to remove the saline And go with Silicone due to upper pole rippling and slight drooping. I immediately noticed still some slight rippling but even worse the implant is pocking thru my skin. It is very visible noticble. mostly on my right side. My dr said that its due to my lack of breast tissue and thin skin. I can live with the rippling but not the bag extrusion. I am very unhappy and very self conscious now. Should I go back to saline?? I am 5'5 and 100lbs.

i had both saline and silicone implants like you! also i had rippling with both but much worse with silicone: i dont like the rippling either but i weigh all my pros and cons with both implants! i just like the natural feel and softness off the gels: i know ill never have the perfect boobs but im willing to accept they look a whole lot better than what i had before: im happy with my results! why dont you ask your surgeon about cellar derma matrix: hopefully i got the name right; its donated sheet off pug skin that he can use to cover the outside off the implant: it suppose to bond eith your natural breast tissue eventually to cover up the rippling; i heard it was expensive like $2000.00 to have it done; i think you keep the same implants; its usually done in a hospital! i was
thinking about possibly having it done sometimes in the future! i just got my new set off implants; i only had these for 11 weeks now so ill probably wait until i have these a few years than maybe have it done! good luck on whatever you decide!
Have u had any issues with the implant folding and showing thru your skin. That is my biggest concern, I can live with the rippling but not the implant picking thru. I am deff going to consider the derma.
yes i can see the edges off my implant on my left breast in the cleavage area! i cant stand it! i have my 2nd post opp appointment in about 2 weeks: ill talk to my ps about it soon.

Sorry to hear the implant is visible through your skin. This must be frustrating for you. Perhaps you could post a photo of just the extrusion. Has your PS said there is nothing more he can do? I wonder what another PS would say? Are your new implants much larger? Take care and keep us posted!
