I found Dr. Ganchi in a local magazine. I did a lot of research before I picked Dr. Ganchi. I had interviewed 5 doctors and none of them seemed suitable. Dr. Ganchi not only had the best credentials but made me very comfortable. Dr. Ganchi has a very calm demeanor and answered my questions at length. There is no comparison between him and the other doctors. Dr. Ganchi was so delicate and took his time. I am so thankful I did not pick one of the other doctors I had interviewed. He was so aggressive and had no patience.

I never liked the shape of my nose. I had a huge bump and I felt as if it was the first thing people would notice. I could not stand to see my profile in pictures. 

After the seven days I was so afraid of taking off the cast. My nose came out very natural looking; a lot of people have not noticed. The people that noticed are amazed at the results. I love my nose! 
 
If you are thinking about rhinoplasty do NOT think twice. There is nothing to be afraid of.

Thanks for sharing your experience! What was the worst part of recovery for you and how did you cope?

I really can't complain! It was such an easy surgery. I did not like having a splint but there is no escaping the splint;). Also, not being able to take a shower was a terrifying thought. However, my mother (uncertified nurse ;) ) washed my hair in the sink. What a relief! I felt so refreshed afterwards!
