My birthday present to myself is a flat tummy! I am 9 weeks pre-op and am fascinated by other reviews I have read. I am 5'11" and 190 lbs and am sick of my paunch....
I have tolerated all my prior surgeries we'll but I am worried about this one....It is very invasive, much more so than a C-section and I think a lot about how long it will take before I feel strong again.
I exercise regularly and play sports and I hope all this will be resumed post surgery.

9 weeks pre-op
I had my initial consultation and now I just wish the time would fly by so that I can have the surgery immediately. I am trying to lose 10 pounds before the date...I will be so glad to say goodbye to my very scarred belly!!
24 hours post surgical
Resting comfortably with two drains and a pain pump both which will be removed tomorrow. Haven't peeked yet....will look tomorrow when I shower.
