One year update!

Cant believe it has been a year already. All I can say inow is that it was all well worth it. I feel great and I love the results. The scar is still visible in some parts and has faded in others, i have a lot of hair so it is ok, I suppose it will kee on getting better. The only issue I still have is my flanks that still do not look good but I can live with that. latest picture is included.

Very please we the results so far. The Dr and the staff are really great. Tummy Tuck I am very pleased with the results, with the lipo of the flanks not so much. He offered to do some extra lipo but he wants to charge me full prize and that to me is unacceptable.

I am 14 months PO but did not have flank lipo during TT. next week I am finishing what I started by having a posterior lipectomy. My incision will be circumferential. The belly is nice and flat which exaggerates the flanks and there is still sagging skin from weight loss above and below the butt, so basically I'm having a backside TT but there will be no muscle work so it's less expensive, less time, and no overnight hospital stay.
I was offered to have done the same procedure together with the TT but I declined. May be I should have done it. Like you I have extra skin above and below the butt. Are you starting a new review for this procedure? I would love to see how it goes. How are your going to call it? buttspace? ha ha ha

Seven months PO I feel great and like if nothing had ever happened until I look myself in the mirror. I think the Dr did a great job with the TT however the lipo did not workout very well. Last visit to the Dr he said he could do extra lipo but at full prize i will not even consider it.

You look great. I am 5 months post op and I too am not happy with my flanks. I would like more lipo as well. I think by now any swelling would be minimal if any. I am going to speak with my doctor next appointment to see what he suggests. Your scar looks good too. Thanks for the updates:)
thank you runawaybelly. Other than the flanks Im very happy with the results. May be next year I will go for it but with a different Dr.
