It is the 20th and it has been 8 days since surgery and I am still sore, but no longer on strong meds. When I get too uncomfortable I take motrin and it helps a little. I am the most uncomfortable when trying to sleep. I cannot help but to look at my new girls everyday. My surgeon did a really good job. I neglected to post pre-op pics, but I do have a post-op pic. I am happy and cannot wait until Im completely healed.

Dr. Banks was on the list of providers that performed plastic surgery. I have been doing my research for quite some time now. It came down to her and another male doctor. For some strange reason I felt drawn to her and I had never met her. I decided to look further into her and her work. I ultimately decided that a woman would better understand what I am dealing with rather than a guy. Not to say men do not know how to make a woman's breast look better; I just feel more comfortable with a woman bc they know or at least have a better idea of what another woman is dealing with!

I am one of many women that have suffered as a result of large breast. The pain and impact they have on my life is overwhelming. I will be having a 4 hour meeting with Dr. Banks on the 13th and she will give me a second chance and living a productive life. I am very blessed! Let the journey begin...
