I always wanyed bigger boobs, but never saw a breast augmentation in my future. Recently, the opportunity came knocking on my door and I just had to answer it. From consultation to surgery was about 3 weeks! My husband and I talked about it for some months, and in one week I visited 3 doctors, and scheduled my surgery for 2 weeks later.
Going to multiple doctors is the first most important thing to do! Each doctor I went to pointed different things out about my body. Also, each doctor will suggest a size for you. This is where it got confusing for me... first doctor had me in 425 to 500 cc silicone sizers, the second had me in 375 cc, and the third and final doctor recommended max 304 due to the actual size of my breast pocket.
I ultimately ended up chosing Dr. Steven Davison because for several reasons. He was the only doctor to pull out a measuring tape and make a recommendation for my size based on the physical limitations of my body. I loved that about him! Also, he is a really nice guy, and everyone at the office is wonderful, Nora, Buffy, Angie, Linsey, Katherine and some of the other ladies, all so sweet, helpful and knowledgeable whenever you may have a question.
I also really like that everything is done at the same office, they have their own surgery room, which is fantastic and it makes for a very comfortable environment, no strangers at a hospital. They have warm blankets for before and after, and they were all very concerned with my comfort level.
So everything with the DAVinci Plastic Surgery team was fantastic and I would recommend them for anything. Not one complaint.
Now to the actual process. Like I said before it all happened very fast. I always wanted bigger boobs because my body was curvier on the bottom. My measurements were 5'8", 34" 27" 40", and I wanted to be more balanced. And more I worked out, the smaller my ta-tas got, not fun. I ended up picking 304 cc mod + through the nipple under the muscle. It should bring me to a 34D when it's all done.
Getting prepared for the surgery I bought dry shampoo, facial cleansing wipes, straws, just things to make life easier for a day to two.
When I arrived at the office, you sign consent forms, take a pregnancy test, blood pressure, temperature, basic stuff. Giving the IV was the worst for me, I just really didn't like looking at it or that I could see the little tube in my vein. But soon enough I was in the surgery room and then waking up with some boobies!
Everything was kind of numb when I woke up, but no pain. The best way I can describe it is a like 30 pound weight on my chest. I could breathe fine, it was just weird. On the car ride home I ate a yogurt and there was no nausea. I had some soup when I got home and I just hung out.
Turns out, I am having an amazing recovery process. I had full range of motion of my arms immediately after surgery. I took my pain meds every 4 to 6 hours for the first 48 hours, so I didn't give the pain a chance to catch up to me. The only thing that was hard was putting weight on my hands to push myself up, in which case engage your abs and getting up should be easy!
I am so so happy with my early results! I was worried going in that the Implants would sit high for a while and it would be ao obvious, but Dr. Davison did a fantastic job. They are not sitting high. They are a little hard and swollen, but I anticipated that. My nipples are puffy, but I think that's normal too. Everything is truly going great. Having everything bedside and a wireless mouse and keyboard for my computer makes all the difference! Sleeping upright isn't the easiest thing, but having a lot of pillows helps, and if possible, have the bed in the corner, so you can lean back and sideways against both walls.
Almost two days after surgery and I feel so bloated and fat :( I think it just the pain meds, so I'm not to worried, but that and not working out has got me paranoid.
All in all, I'm obsessed so happy with the whole process with Dr. Steven Davison and the DAVinci Plastic Surgery team. I can't wait for my boobies to get soft and squishy and jiggle. None of that happens not, but its literally been less than 48 hours. I'll keep everyone posted!

thanks again!
Overall Dr. Davison was great. Everyone was nice, he did a great job, and its nice that everything is at the office, so you don't have to go to a hospital and see strangers, the same people the whole time.
He recommended 339 or 371 mod plus. I am leaning toward 371 but I'm a little nervous if my strappy tanks or low cut shirts that I like to wear will look *too* revealing with 34Ds... But then again I could always buy cute new clothes to suit my new boobs ;-) anyways thanks again for your post and your reply!
