The staff was great, everything was explained up front, they worked with me. They also did a great job, and so far I'm thrilled with my recovery and results.
As far as the pain, some of it was pretty bad but if it became TOO painful they would inject more of the numbing agent before continuing. The after pain is bad, but nothing unmanageable.
