After a catastrophic event in my life 5 years ago. my life changed dramatically and I lost a substantial amount of weight (80 Lbs). Initially, I had trouble eating and sleeping due to extreme stress so the weight melted off effortlessly. But after that, I continued to lose weight with proper diet and exercise. After doing all I could do with my nutrition and exercise, I had excess skin that I wished to remove. Now as I reinvent myself in my new life....and with two new beautiful grandchildren and a new business venture...I decided a grand mommy makeover was needed. The procedure was the best thing I ever did for myself and I feel and look great! Everyone comments how much happier I am and how great I now look. After such a difficult time in my life, I now feel attractive, confident, and strong. This positive outlook is priceless to me and I have no regrets and would do it again in a heartbeat. I was very blessed to have the best doctor ever and recommend that everyone do their homework before selecting a plastic surgeon. Even if you have to travel out of town for the right plastic surgeon and proper care, it is critical to a great outcome. I also recommend that you go into this being very motivated and willing to follow your doctor's instructions exactly. There is some initial discomfort, so you have to really want this 'change.'
