Why Saline part 2

Oh! and because my boobs are uneven now soooo, saline is easier to gauge. Saline is put into the breast empty and filled once the empty sack is inside. The surgeon will fill them and re-fill them until he sees that they are even and look good on the body. I think it takes a good surgeon to do saline right! (just from looking at pics, I'm no expert of course).

Annnndddd, have you SEEN how they put silicone into the breasts?? I have seen some youtube videos of some EXCELLENT surgeons that are very gentle and put them implant in methodically but I saw another video where they were just forcing the implant in there and it was bloody and messy.. it looked like a lot of trauma to the body.. I just imagine that's why maybe incisions other than TUBA take a little bit longer to recover from… both are still pretty painful I assume but maybe some of you can see for yourselves on youtube and be the judges of that.

Anyway, it's like 3am and I'm just here dreaming of my future boobs and being impatient… and a little b*tchy lol so I will sign off for now. good luck ladies!

Why Saline

I chose saline for many reasons. I will go ahead and admit that price was number 1. I know that many people say "you want the highest quality for something you are paying a lot of money for and that goes in your body" but I have my reasons and some things suit different people. I already feel guilty about spending so much money on myself and my looks. I am getting braces this year as well and I am going with the best value on those too (given that the ortho is reputable - and he is!). I do want to clarify that I have looked for the best VALUE not the "cheapest out there".

Anyway, another big reason is that saline is very safe. Silicone these days is super safe too, specially cohesive silicone but I have a gut feeling that saline will be better for me in the long run. First of all, I have fibrocystic breasts and I feel that with saline, I will not feel too bad if the implants have to be taken out for whatever reason. Also, I was told that I may need a lift so I know for a fact that with the size I'm gonna go with, I'm going to want to get them re-done. Specially if I have more kids, which I will! And this being my first breast aug, I don't want to feel too bad if they don't come out right (money-wise)

I see so many ladies out there getting their "2nd" or "3rd" BA and I just cannot fathom spending that much on silicone over and over. I'd rather just go saline and put the rest of the money to pay debt or put into savings.. but that's just my opinion. I'm one of those people that hates spending money on ANYTHING lol because I didn't grow up with much so it's kinda hard to shake that feeling off.. like you HAVE to save/pay off debt or you'll be broke!

Sooooo, off to less depressing things, I love the idea of TUBA (bellybutton incision) also which can only be done with saline. I have a 2 year old so I want to recover ASAP!! lol I also like the no-scar look! My doctor is an expert on that so I know it will be a good experience if I go that route. I saw a video on youtube.. you can look up "Dr. Kim periareolar TUBA" and one of his patients had saline through TUBA.. omg her boobs looked so good! but not only that, you could see him assessing them POST-OP and they were SUPER SOFT!! it gives me hope that mine won't come out hard or anything :)

So yeah, that's why I chose saline! lol ;)

Soooo I was playing around with the rice sizers and I think I'm going to go with either 475-525 mod+ or 525-575 HP.. I emailed my PS about and he is a very busy man so I know it may be a few days until I hear from him. I know he is very helpful with his out of town patients so he will definitely give me a lot of info over email.. I can't wait! I sent him pictures as well. I have decided to do saline implants.. I will write more about that later but at this point, I am 90% sure they will be saline implants.
