After 5 pregnancies and 4 births tummy tuck was a long time dream. I gained 50 lbs with the first pregnancy and my stomach muscles were never the same.

I had 3procedure done with urologist and gyno.lipoprotein and tummy tuck were last. I know I will be sore forr a while. The hips hurt most of all. I have great family supports and that helps

27 days post op. I get stronger everyday. The first 2 weeks were the roughest. I would advise having a recliner. I slept in it for 2 1/2 weeks due to comfort,and doctors reccomendation.I wish I would have had a "grabber" for when I dropped things on the floor. Also I purchased a bedside stool to get into bed because my bed is the kind that sets up higher than normal. The most I can say is embrace your rest and time off it is needed to heal properly.

Don't rush anything..... Follow Doctors orders... and get off as much time as you can.
