i recommend a tummy tuck to everyone is obsessed by their sagging belly... find out if your muscles were cut if you had a hysterectomy and make sure they sew them together.. the recovery is difficult... at least a week before you can walk normally but i am over 60 and my body is like a 45 yr old..i do excercise 5x a week.
