5 weeks post op- Tulsa, OK

It's now been over a month and I really am pretty pleased with my results so far. I was concerned with the swelling over the scar at around 3 weeks but I spoke with his nurse Amanda who is so nice and she put my fears to rest! I do swell still but somedays are better than others it just depens on my h20 intake for that day and my level of activity. I have been doing my massage but not as regular as he recommended! I want to post pictures once I figue out how to!;)

I am now 8 days post op. I feel great I have had a very easy recovery I thought it was going to be so painful and it wasn't. I didn't even bruise. The worst part of the whole thing was being nausious for 24 hours after the surgery. I went to see the ps today and got stiches out and the drain removed. YAY! Having the drain really makes you feel so un normal. To sum up the last week I would say days 1 and 2 I slept a lot my husband had to help me sitting up and getting out bed. Day 3 -4 could get around on my own and less sore. 5-6 much less sore and feeling more normal. Really dont need the pain meds anymore. Days 7-8 feeling more normal not hardly, sore just if I cough and if I pick up my baby and set him on my hip from the lipo. Walking more stait every day. Drain being removed didn't hurt at all and I thought it would. I do get tired very easy ( like taking a shower and getting dressed will zap your energy)
