I been considering doing this for years but now I'm decided. I been wearing always padded push ups but now I want the real thing. I'm scared, I have read so many horrible histories but I decided to trust my PS and going to my BA thinking only in the great results I'll have. I'm making lots of efforts trying to avoid questions at my work, since they would not understand, and trying to get my schedule good enough for me to have some time to recover. I love this site because it gave me all the information I needed, answers to my questions from professionals and read the comments of you girls gave me the courage I needed. Thanks!

I'm so glad the site has been helpful for you! What sort of implants are you going with?

Here's a post from Scrappy37 about what she went through the first three days post op. It might help you know what to expect. Keep us posted!

Friday I'll have my pre-surgery appointment, I'm exited but also a bit scared. Time flies! I'm going to ask many new questions I have to my PS and will try the sizes again. I read that the ultimately size depends on the pocket the PS create? I have to ask this as well. In any case, as much as I try to get informed, as much I think I made a good choice.
Thanks Makeupjunkie, wish you the best in Tijuana. I'm getting closer, but fortunately the holidays take the stress a bit, since I have many things to plan. My surgery will be in the afternoon, so I have to be fasting the whole morning and after the surgery I don't think I'll be too hungry, I hope this will help me not to get too much swollen. Keep us informed of your BB day! Good luck!

I know the feeling! Money is definitely a deterrent for many, as well as fears of possible complications, imperfections, etc. Best thing to do is focus on the positive! Better self-image will more than make up for any sacrifices along the way. Best wishes!!!!

Today was my PO consultation, Dr. Case me feel very good, and I think I'm ready now after all my hesitations and fears. So, now start the count down, together with the year :-) 2 weeks to go!
OK. Is getting really closer. A week from now. Yesterday I received the call from the hospital to check on my medical history. Is getting real, I'm anxious, but just will think about the nice part of it and trust my PS completely.

Yesterday was the day! All the nurses and anesthesiologist were super nice at the hospital. My PS made drawings, they gave me the HIV and there I was waking up after all was over. My PS was very professional. I had to through up twice once in the hospital and once at home. I been very conscious taking my painkillers on time and helps a lot. Pain is manageable now. I'll write later as I'm tired.
Day 2 PO and I feel weaker and with a stabbing pain under my right breast where the incision is. Maybe normal I was thinking on leaving the painkillers but on second thoughts not yet. I'm in general OK so I hope to wake up better tomorrow. No pics yet because my right one where I got my lift is bloody and looks bad right now. However hubby likes them already. And he is doing a lot these days from shopping to cooking. Lucky me! My friend who had hers done before advised me to do abs before and not that I look like Jillian but h

Thanks Angel 1981 and Suzie0329! It went well. Right after surgery I felt as if an elephant was sitting on my chest and pain in my back. I through up twice but the nurse gave me ginger ale and that helped. After that I took my painkillers and I could sleep all night only woke up twice to take my meds. Today I'm feeling better. I like my girls. I'm still swallow and since I had lift on my right I have the wound and the bruise. Tomorrow I'll post pics. It was less painful of what I expected. I hope keeps this way!

Yesterday was my first PO with Dr. Case, he was as usual very professional and gave me all the answers to my questions. He said everything looks good, the boobs are both high but at the same rib elevation and that the stabbing pain are the muscles getting to their new position or being squeezed. I like every day more and more my results, even with my poor Frankieboob, I think that now is still question of time and patience. And since I'm not patient and a chicken, it is going to be a hard time LOL. I'm still taking the pain killers and having trouble to wake up, the morning boob is killing me! but again, I'm a chicken :-) I post here my first picture after one week. I'm not yet dare to put my pictures without the bra, I'll wait until my right wound heals. Happy healing to all of you that just got your new girls! Oh...did I mention I gain 10 lbs from anesthesia and pain killers???? Oh well...I already lost 3..so 10 more to go :-(
Congrats and welcome to the other side. Make sure you get your rest and you will be fine. Enjoy your new babies!!

So it happened! I woke up with morning-boob but much less than before. I went walking my dog with my hubby and almost no pain at all!!! SO exited. I didn't loose any feeling on my nipples, my girls start looking really good. I bought a couple of sport bras from Walmart, some cheap ones so I don't care if I don't need them later when they will finally settle down. I also bought a couple of cotton camisoles to wear under the bra, it feels better and softer this way. I'm looking SO forward to do some bra shopping but I'll wait. I'm still a bit swollen but is getting less. The whole thing was worth, my PS was phenomenal, and his personnel really friendly and so supportive.
Monday back to work, nobody knows anything and don't need to know. Once I read a girl's comment to wear shawl so nobody realize. Good is winter, even in AZ!!
Good luck to all in their recovery!
Much better thank you! First day at my work, is fine, but feel a bit tired...need coffee uuugh!!! :-)

LOL! I had my BA on Wed. and attempted to work from home on Monday (I didn't take any narcotics that day for the first day since my surgery.) I was not very productive LOL! I wasn't even remotely productive until Wednesday - 1 week after my surgery and agreed - my energy level for the first 1 1/2 weeks was certainly not the norm! I have been drinking Airbourne with energy to 'help' out plus to not get sick. I am finally going into my office this week for 2 days which I'm a little nervous about since I'm sure a lot of people are sick but I have my own office and will stay away from anyone looking ill LOL!

I'm so happy with my results. Dr. Case did an excellent job. I will choose him again if I had to do it again. He is very professional and always gives me the time to ask and express my concerns that he always responds with good and scientific answers. I like my girls very much. He also did a correction of my right areola which is curing very well with no scar! I'm 3 weeks after surgery, the wounds are healing good, and he told me that now I can start going back to my life. I want to thank him and his nice staff for his work and highly recommend him if you are looking for a PS in Arizona.
I love your pink bralette! You look great! :)

Congrats. Glad you are happy with your results. Enjoy your babies and yes you have a while before I'd worry about bras. I went and bought three after my 6 week checkup and wore one underwire bra for half a day but I find myself wanting to take it off and wear my sports bra. I did like the support it gave me but the last few times I went out I was without a bra or wearing sports bra/bralette. Time will tell.

thank you. I bought a sport bra similar to yours, looks nice! You look wonderful!!

Tucson Plastic Surgeon

I read here that is good to do some research. I read good comments in the Real Self about him, so I researched him and went for a consultation. I liked his team, his knowledge, time he gave me to answer my questions and his professionalism. I was so afraid but he gave me confidence, after three other PS I visited, he was my choice and I don't regret at all. He is wonderful and very knowledgeable! I would recommend him alwyas!
