My surgery was 2 weeks ago. My nose was a complete mess. Very complicated surgery, had a septo/rhinoplasty done. This was also a revision, the first surgery (by a different doctor) was a disaster. So now, 2 weeks later, I LOVE my nose. I can't believe what a great looking nose I have. Dr. Golden did a wonderful job, I didn't think my nose will look so straight and good after only 2 weeks. And the good part is, it will only get better once the swelling goes down :). I am so thrilled!

Hello Anon, Im glad to hear that your surgery with doctor Golden went great. Do u mind sharing before and after pictures? I just had my surgery with him yesterday and so far everything has been going great, it seems as if we have at the same story because I'm a revision patient also. Hope to hear from you soon :)

You truly are pathetic. I always took my time to respond to eveyone with my experience and h just insulted me. Is it so nad that i love my new nose??
To represent your "great" result after complicated revision only in two weeks ? It smells like complete fake review . It can probably work for people who did not have any surgery yet. For those who had one know very well that to say something at 2 weeks post op way too soon. For new comers looking for a primary I recommend to consult with doctors who are experienced with all types of grafts and fix botched noses because they are know the limits when they remove humps or do other changes to noses.
You are out of your mind wasting time posting here. I obviuosly had 2 surgeries and it's been over 2 years now. The fact that I still respond and Im still very insulted by your comments, can show that I truly care about others going through the same thing. I've exchanged pictures and corresponded with many others that have been in my shoes and i will continue to do so. Meanwhile , stop wasting your time to insult me. Anyone that has gone through 2 surgeries and to get to a point where they love their new self esteem, knows it was not easy!
I am not posting for you , I just want others to do their homework before they make a decision to go to surgeon after reading posts like yours

Hello Ariada, you seem to be a very negative person .. what do you have against Dr. Golden? he's helped so many people ... I can share before and after pics of my nose and i can refer you to a few amazing patients with amazing results ..
