Momma got her body back, 32 yo momma of two - Baltimore, MD

Hi...Im 32 and lost 100# thru proper nutrition and a lo of exercise. I gained that weight with my two boys . I had two c sections and they are ages 2 & 4. I'm scheduled for surgery march 29. I'm getting a mommy makeover. Breast lift, implant tummy tuck and a little lipo on the flanks. I'm 5feet 9 inches. I'm a full time police officer and very active in general. I think my biggest concern is everywhere I look, so many patients and doctors say they wished they went bigger.I'm scheduled for 350 CC. I have broad shoulders and little hips. I see women a lot smaller then me going bigger and look very tasteful. So my question to you all, after the swelling went down and you got adjusted to your new body, did you wish you went bigger? I go in for a second consult on Feb 22 and want to be sure so I can order my bras.

i have to figure out why i cant reply...@karen...i know i went to a seminar and they said they always focus on CCs not cup size because t can be overwhelming...if they told me id be a DD id run but if they said 375 cc..id be better with that...im going to buy some thin white mens undershirts and wear it with leggings to my next consult..

Fitfoxxy, I am 13 weeks post surgery. I had a mommy makeover also. No lipo yet, but I am considering Lazer lipo. I am 5 feet six and also active. I was originally a 36D, but I was sagging from years of breast feeding. I had a lift and I believe my Dr. added 304CCs. I am now a 36 DD. I am totally happy with my breast size. I think anything more would begin to hinder me activity wise. I am very happy with my size and my surgery results. Best of luck with your surgery.

I go in for my pre op Wednesday . ...this is do or die for me since I will be paying. I'm getting cold feet. I'm so nervous and questioning if I'm doing the right thing. I've even been stress eating and gained four pounds. Did anyone else feel this way? I'm also going to owe about 5400. Did everyone pay outright for their operation? I know I want this but nervous about the money and recovery. Any insight?or suggestions

I just read your story and we have quite a few similarities. Although I'm a bit older than you at 44, I've had two kids, lost about 60 pounds after my son and I am 5'10" tall, getting 350cc implants. I went back and forth on the sizes for weeks, but am very comfortable with my choice at this point. I know everyone wants bigger, but I went on a 6 mile run today with my flat boobies that don't bounce in a sports bra and am thinking that going bigger and bigger will make running, mountain biking and hiking more and more difficult. Even though I'm tall and can support a larger ones, I'll be happy with full, medium-sized perky boobs! I'm also having a mini TT, didn't have enough loose skin for a full, yay! I'm scheduled for 4/11. Up until my pre-op yesterday I was going back and forth. Wondering why I was going to put myself through all of this. Why I was spending all of this money on my body when it really isn't that bad. After my pre-op, I felt very confident that I wanted to do this. Now that I've paid for it in full there's no turning back! I'm still nervous, but no longer wavering and am therefore much more excited! I think your concerns are certainly the same as mine were and I think resonate with many of the other women on here. I've decided that I'm worth it and I'm doing it! My husband is supportive of the decision, I think he misses my pre-baby boobs too. I hope you feel better after your pre-op and become comfortable with your decision. I look forward to following your journey and would love to see pics!

Glad you made your decisions and took care of your payments, etc., I really was able to calm down emotionally once I finally made all the arrangements and paid. Feels nice to have a plan and not be wavering about size, cost, Dr., date, etc., Now I just wish the date would get here already so I can be on the other side of it all and healing. You don't have too long to wait, just 2 weeks. I have to wait 4 more weeks!

Then bromekain with quercetin I start taking the 26 the then arnica Montana 30x I take after the surgery. I haven't gotten bras just because I don't know what size I'll be afterwards. Good luck to you! So nice you got all that time off from work. What did you tell your supervisor? I also stress about cc size for implants and the boob greed that a lot of women seem to have. You look like you will get a fabulous result!! I am also paying cash for my surgery. That is why I am not doing it until sept. I have saved 3/4 of the funds so far!! It's nice you will stay at the hospital. I will be coming home that eve.yikes!!!!

Im so itchy!has anyone experienced a rash or being itchy?plus one of my drains loosened so now I'm leaking from that incision .its not a lot of fluid, but still

Congrats! You did it! I'm interested in how you feel about your implant size once you are used to them. I feel I am in the minority when I just want to stay the C cup that I am currently. I just want them up high and to return to my original size. I'm 5'5 and I think I am going with 275 silicone under muscle. I have up until the week before to decide. I liked the pic of your supplies, I 'm gonna get some of those disposable tooth brushes, since I brush after every meal..... Blessings.

I'll go back to see them Thursday. This itching is out of control im taking benadryl for it now and motrin.

I just noticed your tat! It looks nice from what I can see. Is it a full sleeve? Hope you are healing well and the itching has subsided!

I don't know about you all, but all these antibiotics gave me a yeast infection. So I'm miserable with that. I'm starting to feel a little better. My incision where my drains were coming from were so tender and pinching, I looked at it and saw it was sewed to me. So I cut it. It feels so much better. I'm still ready for them to come out. I have another appointment tomorrow so hopefully they come out cause I'm ready for a shower.

It went very well. I got the other drain out. One fell out. I got sutures taken out around my breast. I just ordered some bras. Can't wait for that to get here. I'm going start walking Monday but can't workout for another three weeks. I also gotta get spanx and wear it under my binder for a while. How are you healing

I'm 19 days PO. I'm doing awesome. I've started walking a little, but need to get another bra before I start more walking. I can't workout for another two weeks, I'm looking forward to it. I have a sporadic white fluid like liquid coming from my lift incision on my right breast. No other complications. I may see the doctor tomorrow about it. It feels like I'm lactating and that's what it looks like. I hope it clears up on its own.the right breast is a little firmer then the left. I added more pictures too.

Baltimore Plastic Surgeon

Read a lot of very positive reviews on him and the practice on multiple independent forums, I love his work in the pictures he showed me. And he took his time and was patient with all of my questions as was the patient coordinator. I hope he can back it up and I won't be disappointed lol
