Read a lot of very positive reviews on him and the practice on multiple independent forums, I love his work in the pictures he showed me. And he took his time and was patient with all of my questions as was the patient coordinator. I hope he can back it up and I won't be disappointed lol

Are you back yo wearing your duty belt yet? I have to turn in my firearm and I'm planning on them keeping it for st least 6 weeks. What about you? I cant imagine 15 pounds around my incision....
No..I don't go back to work until June first ...and myself and my PS are confident I can go right back to full duty opposed to desk duty. I'm a month out and I started working out already. I feel pretty good....but I am nervous about the gear belt, but I plan on wearing my top piece compression garment plus binder under my vest/uniform...I picked up my two year old and , no I didn't wear him around my waist, but it was with ease......so I think I'll be good

How's the working out going? I want to start back next week.
Working out is going great. I do 20 minutes on the elliptical 10 treadmill and 20 minutes of Jillian Michael's ...this is my second week working out...I put on about 19 pounds while in recovery from being so sedentary and my moms cooking lol.... I hope to lose it by July fourth....take it slow....if I wasn't sore the next day I bumped it up ...I posted pictures!
What type of gridle did you purchase?
hey saw your post about working out because you gained weight! meeee too! ive gained like 8 lbs. since surgery. im almost 7 weeks PO. feelin really jiggly!
I'm about eight weeks myself and had to fix my diet the most...my husband and I were doing happy hours galore lol...so I have to buckle down to lose it.

I'm 19 days PO. I'm doing awesome. I've started...

I'm 19 days PO. I'm doing awesome. I've started walking a little, but need to get another bra before I start more walking. I can't workout for another two weeks, I'm looking forward to it. I have a sporadic white fluid like liquid coming from my lift incision on my right breast. No other complications. I may see the doctor tomorrow about it. It feels like I'm lactating and that's what it looks like. I hope it clears up on its own.the right breast is a little firmer then the left. I added more pictures too.

I put on a few pounds. So I want to lose about ten. But I wear my spanx under my binder. It helped a lot with swelling. Thanx for the compliment. When is your surgery

He said it was a fatty residue and its normal. He put steri strips on it.

Just got back in from the doctors I was told I...

Just got back in from the doctors I was told I have some reaction to the binder. So I have to wear a slim fitted shirt under the binder. I go back on Tuesday and ill get at least one drain taken out.

I think I am going to have to wait 2 whole months before I get on the scale unless I am just in a good mood and ready to laugh at myself at how much water I can retain. That scale is going to drive me crazy. I weigh myself everyday, I just always have. Keeps me on track for the day. I am going to try to just enjoy some off time and relax. I know it will be hard, I'm not a patient person, but for once in my life I am going to try to do it. I hope you are able to stay off that darn scale too! Your results look great. Do they have you looking at compression garments yet or just the binder? My PS is going to start me out in a compression garment, he hates the binders. I bought one from sears and it's like a serious girdle when I put it on. I'm sure I will feel like a stuffed sausage in it. I hear that if you have to wear the binder, a tiny white tank "wife beater" is the way to go for some comfort. Glad it's just binder issues and not infection. How did your appointment go on Tuesday?
It went very well. I got the other drain out. One fell out. I got sutures taken out around my breast. I just ordered some bras. Can't wait for that to get here. I'm going start walking Monday but can't workout for another three weeks. I also gotta get spanx and wear it under my binder for a while. How are you healing
