Hi all! After breastfeeding 2 my kids for 3+ years...

Hi all! After breastfeeding 2 my kids for 3+ years combined, my breasts have have become non-existent. I used to be a 34B, but now I think I'm a 34AA. Not sure though, because I've refused to buy any new bras due to my denial that I am boob-less now! Anyways, I had my pre-op appt. with Dr. Newman last Tuesday. Going in, I had my mind set on silicone implants. However, he introduced me to the new implants, the Ideal Implants. It has a similar feel as a silicone implant, but filled with saline water. That way, if it ruptures, you could tell right away. No need for a MRI. I guess the office just got them in, and Dr. Newman still has yet to use them on a patient. After a couple days of researching, I've decided to go with the Ideal Implants. I'm scared that it's still "new" out there, and there isn't as much research on the implants as there are with your standard silicone or saline implants. I'm getting the 405cc, I'm which it could be filled up to 455cc. Dr.Newman will decide during surgery what size suits best for my body. Has anyone else had Ideal Implants?

Tomorrow's my surgery!

My surgery is scheduled for 9am tomorrow! I am both excited and nervous! Here's a before pic for a frame of reference.

12 Days Post Op

Its been 12 days since I've gotten my Ideal implants, and so far so good! My surgeon put 405ccs in and filled both sides up to 420cc. The surgery went well, and the recovery hasn't been too bad. Most of the swelling and tightness has gone away now, and I have minimal pain. The only time I have pain is at nighttime- the incisions hurt a little at times. When my boobs were swollen, I was afraid that I had gotten too big of implants, but now that they've settled, I think that they're perfect! Overall, I'm happy so far with the results.
