I went to Dr. Kasrai to get my nose done. I am VERY satisfied with the results. The entire process was fantastic. I live a few provinces over so I thought it would be difficult to coordinate payments and the surgery itself, but it turned out to be very easy.

Eva, the patient care coordinator, kept in very steady contact with me for about a year. She answered all of my questions, no matter how silly they were. I was able to send payments when I could via credit card. I flew up for a consult and they went out of their way to fit my schedule. Dr. Kasrai was very professional and confident. She was able to look at my face and my nose and know exactly what to do, like it was second nature to her. She was very friendly and polite, but best of all, she was very honest. When I was ready, I flew up again for my surgery. They suggested hotels that were very close to the office, I ended up getting one that was just 5 minutes away.

On the day of the surgery I was very nervous, but both Dr. Kasrai and Eva were very reassuring. Dr. Kasrai showed me a picture of my nose and explained to me what it would look like. I put on my robe and they brought me to the surgery room. Everything was so clean. The entire office was clean, in fact. Probably the most impressive place I've ever been. The anesthesia worked so fast, within seconds. I woke up some hours later and everything was finished. The following week, both Eva and Dr. Kasrai called me and checked in on me. Eva texted me every day to make sure I was doing okay. I got a sore throat while I was in Toronto and they even helped me with that. At the end of the week, I went back and got my cast taken off. The entire experience was great. They made it so easy for me. They even checked in on me when I returned home.

Now I refer to my nose as "perfectly shaped." Dr. Kasrai is extremely skilled. She sculpted my nose like an artist. It looks so natural too, there is no evidence of a surgery, not even any scars. If I ever get anything else done, I will definitely be going back to her. She has boosted my confidence so much. I'm so grateful. Both Eva and Dr. Kasrai are both amazing at what they do. 1000% recommended!
