Hello,
I'm 5 f 8 , 190 pounds, and 30 of it I gained since August, when I quited smoking. I need it to be gone before my bs, because I don't want to lose weight after and have long and droopy boobs again. I think that is what would happen.
My breast is hard on my back, and so is 30 additional pounds. But my skin and hair looks much better now when o don't smoke :)

2 months left, 10 pounds down and I'm "readier" now :)

I had an appointment with my surgeon. He wants to go with the anchor method. I'd rather have a vertical one. I've read some opinions and they say the vertical method has better results, shape and long term results. So I'm confused! My doctor says I have too much to remove to do the vertical, but I saw some bigger "cases" without anchor. I guess I can only trust my doctor and maybe if I reach my weight goal then the vertical would be possible. Anyway my doc said we will discuss it just before my surgery.
Non smoking is going strong, I'm so happy about it that I try to convince every met smoker to quit :)
I cannot wait to get rid of my boobs and I hope I'm not getting myself into any horrible depression...
Good luck to all upcoming reductions!
Have a great Nev Years Eve and happy New Year!

Like my photo album, so I don't have to store my pics on my phone or comp.
I'll have something to compare with the after photos.
