Hi im scheduled with dr pantoja for tt/lipo/breast implant exchange for smaller and maybe some fat grafting.. I just wanted some feed back from anyone who has gone to dr. pantoja. I as nervous , excited, scared just mix feeling about everything. See if you girls can help my nervs by some. Information .good and bad both welcomed.

Ok girls need your help I have not packed yet .What do you gals think I will need for my 2night stay ? And also what pills, oils or anything that will help me heal ,sooner will I need?

5more days!!!!! So I just got back from seeing dr.p.the office was full of pt waiting to see him .I got my labs n breast ultrs sound done while I waited .im going back on wednesday a day b4 my surgery just to make sure all my results are good n if they are dr.p will do all procedures at once if not I have too choose between my tummy tuck or breast reduction .I really hope I can get it all over with n get it All done.

2 more days !! I emailed poor nadia AGAIN today and asked her about my surgery .Just wanted to know how many surgerys dr.p has on the day on mine n if I would be 1st one in .She re assured me I would be 1st one inand that dr.p only does 2a day. I feel so bad I bug her so much .She is so helpful.she probably use to us girls with our 100 questions .if I dont keep my self busy I just keep thinking bout this surgery and questions I want to bug Nadia with .

Well girls tommorow at9:30am I will be in the O.R my stomach feels !@#$^&*^/ LOL.fedex guy just delivered my epifoam right on time .Im going to start packing my bag.im not taking to much im staying 2nights and coming home sat morning.I live in san diego n my mom going to be helping me out .keep me in ur prayers girls ..I will post as soon as I am able to .

Hi girls came home today from 2night stay at hospital with Dr pantoja . Dr pantojas was great nurses were great n pain was minimal .Ihad tt lipo n breast lift withh implant .I thought I would be in a lot of pain but from 1-10 its a 3-4 .its not even a pain hurt its a uncunfy feeling wearing the faja but besides that everything was good.

Today..my drain was cloged and it wasn't draining...

Today..my drain was cloged and it wasn't draining properly I was worried because It was like that for 2 days and all this time ijust thought I wasn't draining anymore.so finally when I get it uncloged it all came out 16oz of fluid . I was so scared just the thought of everything gathering up in my tt cut . I need to pay more attention. .close one!!!!

21 days p/op still really swollen .drain finally...

21 days p/op still really swollen .drain finally out.I am feeling ok but not 100%. I think the worst part of t surgery is recovery. pain is minimal .Cant really do to much :( .The swelling is #2 thing that bothers me . Its hard to fit into anything yet .

8 weeks pop still annoyed with how the swelling...

8 weeks pop still annoyed with how the swelling fluctuates I can wake up with flat stomach n by the end of day be super swollen.im ganna ask dr.p if its a good idea to start working out I go back in 2 weeks scar feels flat so fat so good .I will keep you girls posted

Girl that slope in your low back gon get more an more defined an youll love it watch..You look good now so I can only imagine once swelling goes away :)..Be prepared 4 that on again off again swelling because it will be consistent for many months so dont trip..Its totally normal. You will have a love hate relationship with how you feel about your results but soon enough recovery will be a thing of the past

That will go on for a long while. I aint even gon try an sugarcoat it one bit. But you look damm good. An im jealous how defined that S Curve is already. .... And I wouldn't suggest working out this soon. "IF" YOU DO MAKE it very lightweight. .. Dont be hardheaded girl
