Brazilian Butt Lift: Stories

im booked with campos on april 5 2013 and was looking for someone to share rooming expenses and this journey with. Any takers?? Im not 100% on where i would stay but club med is at the top of my list. I am open and willing to discuss whatever.

I choose Campos because hands down his results are AMAZING!! i love how aggressive he is with his patients. I am heavy chested and would like a butt to match. Ive considered this for about 2 yrs now and I cant believe im finally going through with it. Im am nervous and excited at the smae time I only have a few moths left and I cant wait!! Reading other peoples journeys and seeing thier results has given me the courage to go through with my dreams.

Time is really moving fast!! So far i have paid my deposit and second payment to Dr. Campos. BEWARE...if going to Dr Campos keep and print out all emails to and from Angie and all of your deposit slips from the bank. I called the office for something last week and was told that my surgery was CANCLED for nonpayment of the deposit. I paid my deposit 5 mths ago. I was so upset because i had already paid ClubMed, my plane ticket, and had my vacation from work set for that week, so i could not have rescheduled. I needed that date. Angie did applogized and reassured me that everything would be fine. She founded my payment and said my date stood. THANK GOD!!

I have started packing and have gotten somethings I think I will need:

Vitamin C
Incline pillow ( cant find good boppy pillow)
icy hot
stool softner
baby wipes
pads
slippers
lounging pants
epi foam
compression garment
dial soap

still need to get:

Iron (all the stores are out WTH)
bromelin
urinal

Please everyone pay attention to what you are being charged for. If you are bring your own compression garment or going to your own Dr for blood work (EKG) before the surgery dont pay Campos for those things. Also, from research I have learned that you wont be able to get your first massage until day 2. That means you will have to travel back and forth from the office to get them. The lady that does the massages (Mari-paz) also travels, but only the massages you get within the office counts towards what you paid for. What I plan to do is to pay Mari-paz to come to me at Club Med and just pay her directly.

I still havent found anyone to buddy up with so I will be alone. I dont plan on Staying long (5days tops). I do expect to leave with drains, which Im not to nervous about. I have had drain in before from a prior surgery so I know what to expect.

So I have a week left to go. Im so nervous and excited at the same time! I had a time trying to get all the blood work from my primary doctor to do. But never-the-less I gotten it done (even if it was today). Now I just have to hope I passed everything. In case you guys dont what type of testing, you will need the following:

*CBC
*PT
*pregnancy
*HIV/Hepititis
*urine test

I did finally get iron pills! Yay! I still have no idea as to where to get bromelin pill from, but if all fail ill just buy pineapple juice or something.

Marvin picked me up from that airport and he is such the sweetest guy ever.he had a Russian couple with he as well that he must have picked up shortly before. He drove us around town showing us Mexico. We even stopped and had all the authentic tacos we could eat.

Back at the house I met margins wife and the staff. They all are so kind and sweet. I felt like I been knowing them for years. They truely make you feel like family. As the day went on I had a very light dinner (smootie). Cant eat to heavy before surgery.

SURGERY MORNING

Marins wife dropped me off at the office for 730. I filled out the paperwork and was asked how long I will be staying in MX after surgery. My surgery was fri and my plane leaves Monday morning. Angie told me that Campos may not even do my surgery because of the short stay, but after speaking to him he agreed.

At the consult he drew me and told me exactly what he would be based on my wants. He even added FREE hips. After it was off to the surgery room and that was that.

The pain is not unbearable. It just feels like I excersed for too long. I was a little dizzy getting off the anastesia but that only lasted about 30 mins. I arrived back at club med at around 5 or 6. I was sleepy and hungry so the girls there took care of me.I all honesty I feel great. I'm able to walk around be myself go to the restroom with no help but out of respect for the nurses I just let them help. I do feel a little stiff but that expected.

So much has happened these past few days. First off PLEASE TAKE YOUR IRON PILLS. This was something i wasnt doing on the regular and my red blood cell count drop drasticly. This had me feeling confused, tired, and sluggish. im a lot better now but the whole thing scared me.

The pics i posted are all post ob and was taken today, so 13 days post ob. I do have a small seroma on my right side so be mindful of that when looking at the pics. My doctor ( not Campos) says its nothing to be alarmed about. He said it should go away on its own. If it gets bigger he will then drain it. Dr. Campos did say i needed a tummy tuck but I didnt not get one. He said he couldnt be as aggressive as he normally would be for the lipo because he said I would then have hanging skin. I think it came out great.

what yall think, am im good without the tummy tuck?? Be honest loves!!!

As you can see, all of my pics are POST OP. I was having trouble finding the pre op pics I took for Dr Campos. I will continue to look for them in my email and will post asap. I just hope i can find them.

I would like to also mention my stomach was NOT flat as it is now. I had a pooch at the bottom of my stomach (hated it). Also, I had no hips at all. This is why he added them for free. But sit tight everyone I will look for these pics.
