I have wanted to have a tummy tuck and breast...

I have wanted to have a tummy tuck and breast augmentation ever since having my children. I finally am going to do it!! I have always put it off because there was always something else to spend money on, but I just made the decision that I needed to do this for me!! I am fairly active and at a healthy weight being 5'3" and 143 (although I would like to drop 10 lbs), but I have loose saggy stretch-marked skin on my abdomen and saggy deflated breasts. So I am pretty excited, but nervous too.

Before pics

My surgery is in 4 days! Here are some of my before pics. I have had quite of few people ask me why I am getting a tummy tuck and say I don't need it. They don't realize what clothes hide. I am most excited about the TT!!! I have wanted one since I had my first child 20+ years ago. But new full boobs in the right spot will be nice too :)

Day 4 post op

It's day 4 after my surgery and I have to say I am feeling pretty good. I haven't had to take any narcotic pain medicine since yesterday at 6am. Just 2 doses of tylenol today. My surgery was really long (8.5 hrs!!) and I am so glad I spent the night in the hospital. In addition to the full tummy tuck with muscle repair, breast lift with augmentation, and lipo of the thighs and flanks my surgeon also found 2 hernias that he repaired. So far I am excited by my results. Look forward to what everything will look like once the swelling goes down.
