Had the surgery this morning. The only pain so far is my throat from the oxygen. Keeping eyes iced but swelling is growing! Hope it turns out good! :) I keep looking at a couple other posters reviews pictures to compare. I am hoping the bags are gone and I believe it will boost my self confidence, I will be updating frequently.

It is now Thursday (surgery Monday) Eyes and tongue still numb. Still no pain. I really want to go lay out in pool. I may put on a hat and shades and go out for a bit. I hope the results are what I was going for!!! :)

Well its now Saturday, stitches almost dissolved and Im starting to inspect myself in the mirror and think "oh crap I can see the bags are still going to be there!" Hopefully Im wrong :) Swelling is going down. I must add, my cat of 16 years passed away Tuesday evening so I have been crying every day. Im sure that hasnt helped with the swelling. I have been trying to stay busy. I need to run to hobby lobby for some fabric so Im gonna put on my big shades and make a dash!! Have a great weekend.

This is almost one month post. Still have swelling. Dr says heat and humidity slow down the swelling, well I live in Houston and just spent a week in Mexico so if its true maybe that explains why I still have swelling. I hope its just swelling!!

Its been 3 and 1/2 months now. Im SO glad I did it!!! My right eye still has some pulling on the inside but i have a follow up this week and he will probably inject it. He also said if he needed to remove a little more on the outer edges he could do that in his office, I will wait several more months before I decide on that.

Im at 5 months and went in for a follow up yesterday. I still have a little pouch of scar tissue on lower right. He said he could go back in and try to clean it up but Im not sure if its worth a risk of more scar tissue. It does pull at some angles and makes my right eye look bigger. Also in March im going in to get a little more fat removed from the outter right eye. I am SO SO SO glad I did this.

Looks great! Did you try Traumeel for the bruising? Worked wonderfully for me. :)

i used arnica. It looks like i still have a bruise from the restylyne I got about 9 months ago. Wierd. Oh well thats easier to cover than bags!!!!

I was referring to immediately following your initial surgery. I'm using Arnica (sublingual), Bromelian, and nonstop Traumeel and had very little bruising. :)

loriB--thanx for all the pictures and month-by-month details. i hate the puffs under my eyes. you look really good. i have heard about some women going for a 2nd surgery tweak. i'm sure you and your ps know best. only i think you look soooooo smooth so be sure! great price--maybe i will move to texas for a while! lol.

had my uppers one in feb and march - today july 20 i had my lowers done - left not too bad right is very black and blue with swelling - hope it goes down fast as i have my hs reunion in 2 weeks

Hey guys Ive been on the beach in Mexico for a week so I havent been staring in the mirror all day every day like i was before LOL. Tommorow I will take a new pic so i can compare. Deffinatley still swelling (I hope its just swelling)

I am having upper eyelids and lower bags done in a couple of weeks. I am getting a little nervous. I wear glasses dailey. How soon can I put on my glasses so that I can see???

Tonimr, I had upper and lower done 5 days ago and was able to wear my glasses to go home (but didn't drive). Having no problems or interference wearing them at all. Drove myself in for the 2-day checkup (glasses are for distance, so, of course, I was wearing them). Good luck!

I will be 3 weeks tomorrow, my swelling is very slowly going down. My right eye is still more swollen than the left. When I went to the DR for 2 wk post he said its fine. Mine isnt a marble tho. The swelling under my lash lines feels really hard like the swelling is from the internal incision. Its hard to not obsess and stare in mirror all day!!

I had a lower bleph procedure 9 days ago. My one eyelid looks great. No bruising and very minor swelling. However, under my other eyelid a "marble" has developed. The diameter is about the size of a marble. I suspect it is something similar to what some posters have described in this thread.

Can anyone shed more light on this? It appears that with Lori and with 60 loving it, the hard bump simply disappeared after time.

I'm a bit anxious right now as the bump is terribly apparent as most of the swelling surrounding the bump is now almost completely gone.

I had a same kind off lump under my eye. After a month I used emu oil and massaged it. Slowly went away. Now 4 months its all gone.
Then I had a pimple on my left upper eyebrow. Same massaged it and now gone
I did it gently so as to not pull the skin
