Very Painful, Hopefully Worth It - Sydney, Australia

I've just had my eyeliner lasered. It is my second day so I'm not sure if I will need another treatment or not yet.
My experience was that it was incredibly painful, but worth it to have my eyeliner removed.

I'm not sure what type of laser the Doctor used but he did use shields in the eye. Getting those on, wasn't the most pleasant experience, but the worst bit was the needles he had to put around the eyelids so that the laser didn't hurt so much. The laser itself wasn't too bad. I think it is the needles that caused most of the bruising actually.

He re-assured me that I wouldn't lose my eyelash but that they would turn white, straight after and then go back to normal. Mine didn't go white though and the eyeliner is still there, not sure if it is supposed to flake off or what, but hopefully it will!

I had my eyeliner tattooed about 4-5 months ago. What I wanted was just some eyelash definition rather than a makeup look. Despite paying a premium price, what I got, was a thin, but harsh black line top and bottom, which was very ageing. The lady who did the tattooing agreed to help me remove the bottom liner (which was the most obvious), by tattooing salt water over it. So in the photos it looks like I don't have anything on the bottom... but I did...as it ended up being a blue/grey type of faint line... which looked yuk next to my yellow toned skin.

Great review?

He has 20 years experience doing this, so I felt confident. The price was good also, although it wouldn't have mattered to me what the cost was.... only because I wanted it off badly!
