Lady the pain for me ain't no joke. Recovery is the worst. Others may sugar coat it but I'm 1000 . There's no way you can do it alone. My back is not flat it's the garment that smoothes it down. My back is so tender you really can't admire the work. Now I've got ass fa days! Lol I hot up this morning to try and take care of myself and my auntie started that "beep beep" [RS bleep] like Madeas' brother hollering out wide load! Lol you have to keep good spirits in order yo make it through. Girl my ass is so big it hangs from underneath my shorts. I'm too ashamed. I'll take a pic! Tender is good in the sense that this area is going to be very "moldable". It will go flat. You know you are very swollen right now. Make sure you place epifoam in your garment because it helps with keeping strong compression on your skin as your body shrinks (especially when the garment starts to loosening up), which in turn, shapes your body. Girl you gotta tell me about the triangle pad he places on your lower back! How is your tummy looking? Do you remember how many cc's he removed from this area? Imma give it to y'all real. All these ladies saying this surgery us a breeze told you a lie. This pain and discomfort is indescribable. This hasn't been an easy ride for me. If I had to do it again I wouldn't, not even if I was a millionaire. Gettin a new ass ain't all its cracked up to be! Maybe smaller women have an easier transition but as a big girl this [RS bleep] is rough. Make sure that you ladies stay on top of your iron levels because when I flew home I had to get two pints of blood. Dr. Jimerson does his thing though; tell him what you want and you'll get just that. Too much to type about; I'll inbox u my # and we can talk .

I had a hard time with my sx too, I'm still in pain and going THRU IT.. I love my fat ass and flat stomach but the pain is not worth it.. I had to get 2 pints of blood as well...how are you doing now?...has it gotten better?.. and BTW you look good :)

Lol this has been an ordeal that I was not prepared for. I've been in pain since day 1. At 3 wks, the feeling started coming back In my right flank and at this point the nerves were going crazy. The pain was excruciating and all I could do was pray. Being that I live in Fl dr j couldn't call in any meds for me. At that point I wouldve rather given birth every day for a week and had all my fingers chopped off. A friend of mine had plastic surgery and her dr prescribed a med called neurontin which happened to be a life saver. My God! It helped to get those raging nerves under control. Omg!!! I'm at 7 wks tomorrow and I'm now getting the intense burning pain in my lower back. If it can happen, it's happening to me. I'm not generally a crybaby but I was not prepared for the recovery following aggressive lipo. All I can say is that my recovery has been hard.

Amen to that. I agree with you about the pain but, girl I have to admit I would do it again because I see it is changing my quality of life. My boyfriend is throwing money in my lap now verses before. He is more attentive and concerned about where I am. lol. Im like what do you think Im going to do go find another man two weeks after surgery. On a scale of 1-100% I'm 89% happy with my results. One side of my butt has more volume than the other and I think I still look boxy.
