Thanks for the quick response-that's great! Sorry to be paranoid but after seeing so many stellar reviews on RealSelf and very few pics, it makes one wonder what's going on because I am strongly considering this doctor! Also, if you feel more comfortable private messaging them rather than posting that's fine too.

Hi There....I went with Dr Horndeski because of his under the muscle procedure, he makes a pocket for the beast implants to fit into....If not then the implant would start (eventually) pulling your skin down and in a few years your breasts would be at your waist...I was a small B - had two kids and breast fed them until they were on solid food...so over the years it seems that my breast got smaller and smaller and then just pieces of skin there.....I went with a full D - My thoughts were that if I have to go under the knife (so to speak) then I wanted them bigger than I had had them before...Now it has been 7 months and they LOOK fabulous and they feel natural to me and to my boyfriend. I went with saline and my areola was small to begin with but it is a little larger now but looks good. I also needed a breast lift. The only surgery that I have had is gallbladder surgery. I just have not taken time to put pictures on the sight I really plan on doing that......I know that it is scary but when I made up my mind and gave myself permission to do this for ME... I was then full steam head....I am so very happy!

I had my procedure done by Dr. Horndeski on April 3rd and I couldn't be happier! I took down my pics because of a nosey co worker but I will put them back up soon.I am just getting a small revision in a few months but I still am so happy, I can't believe how great I look!

Hi....I did not stay but a few days - If I remember right, I saw Dr Horndeski on Wednesday - Had the surgery on Thursday - Went to his office on Friday for the post (after surgery) check up - And flew home on Saturday afternoon. Now with that being said - Jana was concerned about me doing that...wanted me to stay longer and let me know that also....But I insisted I needed to get home....I did book a flight though that could be changed just in case I needed to stay longer, but it all went very smooth and I went home. Jana called me every couple of days and then about once a week to check on my progress and if I had any questions....That was it....I have not been back and yes Jana asked me to email her pictures so they could see but I did not do that - YET :(.....I will put that on my list....
I guess I felt comfortable enough with it all....and everything the Dr told me to expect was right on......

Hi There....Happy Birthday Too You! An Early Birthday Greetings... The strips came off on their own about one week to ten days - then you can take a bath at that time. If you do have to remove one or two strips, there was no pain. Oh after the strips came off I did use a little Vit E oil also. The bra that they put on you after surgery (the one you wear for a month) is included in the original cost, only if you want to buy an extra surgery bra it was $50.00. Some women do and some don't.... The first few days after surgery I felt a little down, I was a little sore, my back hurt a little and I was trying to get use to the change in my body....bigger boobs, I went from a small B to a large D and just in general having surgery....But it did not take long to start feel good and getting use to it. Hi There....I thought the hospital was fine, large, clean, very well staffed, there were about six different people in the operating room with me, I am sure they all introduced themselves to me but I was to nervous to remember why they were all there. I have only had one other surgery (gallbladder) in my life...I followed their instructions to the T (Jana's and Dr. Horndeski") The surgery bra they will have on you after the surgery, I did buy another one from Jana at the office so I would have two. I was told to wear it 24/7 for a month (I did)....That was hard just taking it off to shower (no baths) and putting it back on, I do not know why it was hard because now I look back and say it was not a Big Deal - It was comfortable, supportive etc...
I think I was just ready to get into a cute bra. I have now bought several bras at Ross's for Less - I love that place and the bras are name brands and a lot less expensive, I have several cute, sexy, frilly bras - I never cared before but now I have something to put in them :) and look nice....I do not know why I have not posted any pictures- no reason really so I will plan on doing that....You will have tape or strips on around your nipples so when mine came off I went to the healthy store or a Natural Grocery store and bought scar gel and started putting it on my nipples, twice a day. You can not hardly see the scars now. Not sure what the Dr might think about the scar gel because I did not ask him before... I hope this helps with any questions you may have.....Cynthia

Cynthia, did Dr. Horndeski do his special lift and place the implant into the internal "hammock," like he does for his reductions and lifts? Did you do research on this procedure...I'm just nervous that its such a new technique that maybe I should wait a while? No surgeon in the DC area can do this, and they act like its experimental and not reliable? I don't know what to think?

Hi Andrea....Dr Horndeski has been doing this lift and placement for quite a while with his patients...He has written research papers on it that has been published and I did read on some of his research, but when I met with Dr Horndeski I realized he is a researcher also and wants to improve up on the procedures, instead of just doing it the same way as always. I liked that.....His office manager - Jana is the best...She was so helpful! She answered all my little questions and concerns that I forgot to talk to the Dr about....She has been with him for years. I hope this helps... I am so happy with my new breasts, went shopping for the first time a few days ago - It has been the first time ever I really enjoyed trying on new clothes, tops ect....and everything looks so much better on me. :)

Did you decide on a PS yet? I saw your post about Horndeski and was wondering. My breast lift and Implants surgery is on April 3. I have researched this a lot. I'm still nervous but I feel ANYTHING is better than what I have. I am driving from Nebraska to TX for the surgery. Hope everything goes well for you. It really is a big decision.
