Tummy Tuck: Stories

thanks so much for your reponds. I wrote out a list of things on what needs to be done in the month of march to better easy recovery... Someone had said a mild cleaner before surgery.. any brands i should look for?? also, well my doctor have a binder for me or so i order one??

I going to use my updates on here, i am also been bloging my weightloss, and once i have my tt with mr and lipo to the flanks. i will be adding that too. But my Surgery date is on my daddy birthday March 24th.. Too bad he passed but hell be with me right there in the surgery room and recovery.. i am not to worried about the surgery, I am more worried about my husband with the kids for 2 week at least being Mr. Mom. I;ve lost 50lbs with 2 kids and ready to be me again. Ive always been a mom, getting pregnant at 19 i have no idea who i am.. i think this well help me figuare that out. My ps doesnt havve his patients to wear a binder, but reading all the post everyone says it helps one way or another, eeven tho hes a great dr and i trust him completely. i am going to question it again on my pre op on the 17th. Waitting got to be the hardest thing. and not telling anyone. olny my husband knows. I dont like people judging me so i havent told a soul. Everyone else know i am having urgery but for female isssue. I will be puting up pictures of with i look like now soon. Also i am traveling for my.. about a hour who else have, and did you stay the night in a hotel or come home? i know i have to go back the next day. so i ws thinking staying in a hotel.. what do you all think??

Well, i stop all ab workouts until after tummy tuck!! I havent seen and any change for a year. so i guess ill give it a rest!! But i am still doing Cardio and weight trainning for everything else. i dont wanna lose the muscle that i can see, thats working!! ill be working out until the monday before my surgery,(surgery thursday the 24th) to give my body time to relax since i am going to put it threw hell.. (hahaha sorry body!! But your going to look amazing..) sorry about my peep talk!! I'm so excited. Come on 24 hurry up!!!! momma wants her new body!!

i called the doctors office today to see if i can move the date to closer, but the scheduling nurse was out for the day.. so maybe tomorrow. i hope!!!!! i just finished my list for winco!! and a menu for my husband to go by, so my kids will eat!!
Next is to make a list for target.. any ideas on what i am going to need besides ore pillows?

The nurse called me and no luck.. still the 24th, but my pre op move to the 15th from the 16. lol ohh well it was worth a try. So i got 22 more days about 3 weeks.. ohh my!! i cant wait!!!

Today is a count down of 22 days.. i cant take the waiting. i want a sexy tummy too!!!

i went to get a 2 piece suit today. ugh doesnt look that great.. i hope i get a great out come. the days are passing quickly.. HURRY 24th!!! 21 more days.. ugh!!!!!!!!!!!! I also made a winco list, and a menu for hubby to go by! and i also made a list for target. ohh days hurry up!!

well... so much for that! i tried to get financing cause i wanted to add a boob job. but dont have the extra 3k. but o luck on that.. how good does your credit have to be? mine isnt amazing but its not bad either.. i dont get it.

2 weeks until surgery. i go in to my pre op on monday, blood test that same day. and throw down 6500 dollars. wow thats alot of money. thatpart is going to hurt.. lol. i havent got to the weight i wanted to be. but i also been working out. i stop workout this friday. If i freeze my account i dont have to pay it until i get back to the gym in 5 weeks, wow no gym for so long. nuts!!! ill be making dinners, ths coming up week. Then surgery following week. i cant wait to get this extra skin off... woooohhhhhh!!!!

Had my pre op today!!! Why was i nerious it was easy as cake. I filled out paperwork, and saw dr hause, he wrote on my tummy and took pictures. Then i paid for the surgery and got form for my blood work that i did at the lab, and got all 5 drugs to fill.. I am fighting with walgreens to see if i can get them fill threw my insurance. I am broke now that i paid for my surgery in full

7 more days, 1 week until my surgery. woohoo!! cant wait. everything is paid for and i got meds and everything i need. I just need to get more veggie and fruit and yogert. and my binder is in the mail should get it any day now!!
Made arrangements for the kids for the night before and surgery date. and going to clean the house the night before since know i wont beable to sleep much, minus well clean. The kids wont be here so it wont matter how loud i am.
I have two more dinners to make and put in the freezer.
I am going to wear a sun dress to surgery with a rope on top with flip flops. ill be coming home with a catheter, a pain pump, and 2 drins. so i tho a sun dress will be easy for the catheter, with no undie and boxers on. so not everyone will see my nono spot..lol
I go in the next day to take out the catheter out and the dressing. My appt is at 9. so we will drop kids off and head to sacremento which is about 45 mins away.

i am so excited hurry up 24th!!!

6 days away, YAY!!!! But today my laptop broke, just wonderful right?? how annoying it that. i got my phone, but i hate it for internet. Ill have to use hubbys but hes so selfish with it..lol

Clean the house tonight. Kids will be with they're dad this weekend so it will stay clean. Surgery is thursday .

i got my meds for next week. i got a pain pill vicodin. will i need if i have a pain pump? methocarbamol
transderm patch, i put on the night before surgery and leasts 72 hours.
temazepam
and one for infections.. but i am notsure what it is. i already put it in the pill box.
insurance paid for all of them but the patch. i was happy cause that was 20.

i cant believe it, 5 more days.. woohoo.. i cant wait. ill becooking all weekend and freezing. since kids are with there bio dad for the weekend. and they will be with there bio grandpa the night before surgery.
I cant believe i made it all month.. it seem like yesterday i was complanning because i wanted it now.. I just hope i get great outcome. thanks everyone for listening to be complain al week....

Got to be up in a few hours. Its 11pm on the 23 and i have to be up at 530am.
I am super excited. Kids are at their papas tonight and they lov e it there. they are in bed asleep.
I am drinking my last diet cokes until later tomorrow.
I am 130lbs, I am not at the weight i wanted to be, but close very close!! I am 5'2 1/2.
I have my patch on like the told me too.

So its morning of, and i got about a hour of sleep! I just got out of the shower.. we should be leaving in about 30 minuate for sacremento. I have to say i am hella tired!! Just want to get this over with.
I am extremly thirty, i can go for a diet coke right now. But that cant happen.
I am wearing a lost summer dress and a bath rope, with my ugh boots. i know what a mess right. i am putting my hair up in a french briad so itll be out of everyone way. i did that with my c sections too.

Thanks everyone wish me luck, i wont be back on until way after surgery.. Maybe tonight!!!

yeasterday i has my tt with mr and lipo on mt sides. Suregery went gret, and they wer ready to send me home with catather. but my husband got halv dwn the street and it was burning and urting like a bitch. so we went back and took it out, something they dont do. and told me if i coudnt pe i neded to go to re.. but everything was fine. Lst nighti was in ittlepain. i do have a painpump. i am ready swellen. i have a binder on, just becaus it makes m feel more together. I had a post op today and dr said i am doing really good. i got back nxt friday and get drain one next friday. I am in little pain. i can take a shower anytime. i am rally tied right now. so maybe tonight. tanks forthinking about me.

I posted pic up today.. as you can see i am really swelling. But its starting to tke really nice shape. i got lipo on the side but dr said i might not see a difference until months later.
Ive already taken showers and its been hell. lots of pain.
Friday i go see my ps to get one drain removed and the pain pump. I hate being hooked. I hope th sweeling goes down alot.
Eatting sucks!!I can olny take a few bites before it feels like i am going to pop!!
i hope my shape changes cause if i said like this il be pissed. but i am olny 3 days out!!!

I M one day shy of a week. Im almost standing straight. I have tightness and insention pain. Im not drainning much of anything anymore. Friday i go and get one out i pray for both. I have swelling but not has bad. So far its looking great i am at 124lb with swelling, nice right

So i feel great i went out to eat with husband yesterday. Am wearing the binder now, that it doesnt hurt to just touch my tummy and back area. Im not standing straight yet. And i do have swelling and brusing. Beside the flat tummy i dont see much difference, like the lipo. I know it takes awhile to see that, but i was hoping for something. My weight has dropped 6lbs. So im happy for that. Idk maybe i have some of that depression people were talking about. Ill hope something makes alittle difference soon.

posted more pics.. week one and two. so much work to download them so i did them both this week.. i think il do weekly pic.. i do see a difference looking at the pic this way.. so thats really cool. You can see i a swollen and i hate it. but ooking at the pic just a fw minuates ago i am getting happier. ill post next thursday by then il have my irst sonogram thinging or swelling. i still hvent done much reading about that yet but it was part of my cost at my dr office so why not.. i hope it helps!!!

I cant take this swelling. Im off all pain pills now. I got a tight garment yesterday and it feels good. I look 4 months pregnant when im swell! I know it will end but when?

I started putting coco butter and using vitamin e oil on my scar. Its so hard and freaking feeling. Im still swelling using ice on a regular bases. No pain pills for the last few days! Lost another 3lbs how im not sure!! Been pooping finally. Over all feel good. I have a ultrasound treatment on monday along with my last post op for a month!! I tried on my size s pants and the fit without extra skin over the top Nd thst eith swelling. They were very very lose. I was scare to try my 5s the scar is still very sore when clothes rub it.

Question.. Every since ive has surgery i pee funny. I been peeing on the seat and floor. Im even setting down. Its really odd!!! I know my skin down there is really tight like a lift. Could that be whats going on???

It feel so good. Warm. Love it. And it helped. She told me no more ice, do a hot now. Im excited cause uts feeling wonderful!! 3 weeks thursday!! Coming along ok i guess. Finally stand straight, but i notices if im tired i start to bent.

Ok im soo happy this morning.. Im at pre jon weight. Before meting my husband 3 years ago... So excited. And even tho im swollen i see im shaping nicely. What a difference a week makes. Tomorrow will be 3 weeks!! Ill take pics tomorrow morning and post!! I was upset that my side view was bigger now then before. But its taking sjape and looking better..wooohoo

still really swellon but feeling better every day. I need to start slowing down and listening to my body. i did to much ysterday so ill be staying home and relaxing today!!

wow.. its been over a year andi forgot to do pictures. its ben a busy year. i also become a fitness trainer and i am loving it... i am loving my body, but i wish i can loose that last 10lbs. i will do pictures in the a.m and add them tomorrow sorry for forgeting... gggrrr...
