I am a Nurse Practitioner and have been in health care for over 20 years. We all know good physicians and bad physicians but there are few Great physicians. They are the ones with not only excellent medical or surgical skills but also the compassion and communication skills to make every patient and every member of the patient's family comfortable with the process.
