12 Days post op and as of yesterday have gotten all of my surgical tape taken off. There has been some drainage around the nip but besides that everything's great. Swelling in the area where there was lipo done underneath the armpits but I am overall happy with the results. I have also gotten brave enough to finally post pics..Please excuse my tattoos..lol

Tomorrow is the big day..I've been running around...

Tomorrow is the big day..I've been running around doing my last minute duties to get ready for this surgery and time off from work, It just hit me that my BR is finally happening. I have had a history of back pain and huge boobs since grade school. I had a smaller frame then with 38DDs which were a burden in regards to sports exercising etc. Well after pregnancy I gained a little more weight and so did my girls..After forcing myself into a 42FFF or H I decided that enough was enough. MY back was not hurting just because. It had gotten worse to the point of everyday duties were a strain and now that I have started working I could not bear another year of this. Tricare is a pain but I was finally approved after months of phone calls, followups, curse outs...etc. My PCP wrote out the referral then scheduled the consult. The doc did not have much to say except that he recommended the surgery and explained the process and what could be done. They then proceeded with pics including bruised shoulders, indention in shoulders and back, sagging. I was also made away that I had loss nerve reaction or feeling in my breast due to stretching or severe sagging. And also the lefty was a little bigger than the right. 2weeks later I received a call to schedule the surgery. My pre-op visit was on the 18th and it consisted of talking, questions, and then straight to the hospital for registration and prep. I was basically sitting for 2 hours to answer 10mins worth of questions. I was given soap to wash up with for tonight and in the morning. I am scheduled to check in at 5:30am and surgery at 8:30am. He said that this would take about 4hrs with 2hr recovery. I will be staying overnight and he will be doing the BR by T or anchor incisions. I have read up on the good and bad of BRs and I am so excited to get it on..lol really I am ecstatic to know how it feels to walk upright without the extra boobage at attention or buying pretty bra n panty sets...Or mainly just have a normal day without back pain and neck aches and insecurities of whos looking and are they showing..The minimizer bra sports bra and tank top combos are over.. HELLO to my new C cups..I hope all is well with you ladies...Will continue to keep and update and also post before and after pics when i build up the nerve. Thanks for all support and prayers..:))))))))))
