Hi everyone I have had 5 childen, they range from 5 years old to 11 years old. I do not want anymore children and was ready to complete the process of transforming by body after years and years of being pregnant back to back. I weighed 117 pounds before surgery, so yes I was not fat but I did have a lot of extra skin. Not to mention I have had two previous breast surgeries and they were both botched.

I had a breast augmentation the first time and the second time I had another breast augmentation (due to previous doctor) with a lift. Then I noticed my right implant kept going under my armpit and I did notify my doctor. He tried to mak me for it all over again. So I decided to searc elsewhere and that is when I discovered Dr. K. Wednesday (2-3-10) is when he performed my tummy tuck and revised my right brast. After I heal up he is going to put new, bigger implants in and liftthem again. So if you want a good doctor choose Dr. K!

Updated on Feb 7, 2010:

Ok so I had my tummy tuck performed on Wedneday, the 3rd, and I have to say that I love it.  I have posted a before picture and wanted everyone to see what I had to work with before the surgery. I have always been small and maintained the same weight, usually within 114 to 117 pounds.

It has been 4 days since my surgery and I took a couple of pics, but I will take some to post after my 2nd checkup with my plastic surgeon tomorrow. Right now I have disgusting drains coming out of me, it is pretty gross! I can say that the first 2 days are definetely terrible, but the pain is worth it. Yes you do have to hunch over, but in the end it will be so wonderful. My tummy is already so pretty, the doctor also liposuctioned my flanks ( no more LOVE HANDLES...) gave me a buttock lift, and basically gave my pubic area a more youthful appeal. So all in all I got everything I wanted and more Plus my right breast is looking awesome, it is rather painful at times but I love it.

Updated on Feb 26, 2010:

Well I am now 3 weeks and 2 days post op and I go to the doctor today. Hopefully I will get my drains removed today...yeah!!!!  The first two stung and hurt me and they were very small. I can only imagine what it will feel like having the ones on the side taken out, they are so thick. I am not very good with pain. I will update everyone with the results later tonight. Wish me luck!!!!!

I have the tummy that I wanted after my second child was born and I look I am not a mom at all. My experience with Dr. K has been nothing but awesome and I will be having more surgeries in the futrue, they will totally be with Dr. K!!!!!

Updated on Mar 15, 2010:

Well I am 1 day away from being 6 weeks post op and I am so excited. If you notice in my recently updated pictures that my scar line is fading... I use MEDERMA for scars (START USING IT AS SOON AS THE DOCTOR SAYS YOU CAN)!!!! This is how mine is fading so well and I use it religiously, it is expensive but if you are having a tummy tuck then odds are you can afford a $15 tube of MEDERMA. I feel so good, I feel like I can workout and do many other things. Of course, I am not released from my doctor for any of those things yet. I will not rush it because I spent too much money and waited too long to have this body and I am not going to do anything to mess it up. I just wanted to let you know that I am feeling so good and ready to start tanning and workingout .....

Updated on Apr 5, 2010:

Hey everyone it is me after being gone for a bit, I am going to be adding new pics later today....Get ready my results are awesome! I feel so much better and have even started working out and tanning.....I am looking good....

Updated on Apr 20, 2010:

So there are my new pics and I am 2 and half months after surgery and I am feeling really good. Just wanted to make a special note that I am not tanning in a tanning bed, that will worsen the scar. I had put that in my last update by accident, but I am making it right now. So I have been working out like crazy and when I do my exercises my abs hurt so bad. Pain is beauty though...

I am eagerly awaiting your post op pics. I hd weight loss surgery and live in the Dallas area so my next step is a Tummy Tuck. What did the $6200 include? Thanks
lowrider 24 Feb 2010
I have to let everyone know that I have more pics, so if you want more just let me know. Also it is important that you contact me for questions because if you are considering this surgery, it is always good to know the ins and outs. I know that is how I was about it beforehand. But right now I am doing great it has been approximately 3 weeks since surgery and I am loving my results. Dr. Scott E. Kasden in Southlake, Texas is awesome!!!! Highly recommend everyone give him a call, he is very busy and that is good because when they are not then something is wrong!!!!

Pics?

Ok so I have had all the tubes removed and this picture is exactly one month post op. I love my new look, I still have some swelling around the incision, which is common and to be expected. I see my doctor once a week and monitors my progress closely and I email him everyday. He may be tired of hearing from me, but he never lets it show. I always get a prompt response, unless it is a non-emergency and I email him at one in the morning , then he will respond the next day.. Also my scars will smooth out even more and it looks like I still have love handles, but they are gone. Once my swelling is 100% gone I will put my favorite bathing suit on and post it.

I have been wanting a tummy tuck for about a year now. I am a mother of two, and i'm done. Two is enough. :) After my husband showed me your post, i emailed Dr. K. right away. I got an email from him that day! I'm about two hours from his office, but from what you say its worth it. I was wondering if you could email those update pictures. I am a full time student. Do you think that you could take college courses after 2 weeks? What hurts worse? Your breasts or your stomache?

ren123 4 Mar 2010
could you post a bigger picture?? It is really hard to see it =) I am considering Dr. K too. Did you get breasts done too?

Would Love to see more pics! I am scheduled to have my surgery on the 5th of april! I have a 3 and a 1 year old...how long do you think that i should have help for! My doc said i can pick up my one year old after ten days so for now that is all the help i have! Do you think i will need more??? Thanks for all help! Did you have babies via c-section? Was the pain similar?? Also have you gone bathing suit shoping yet? Is your scar visable in low cut roxy or billabong bathing suits!?!? You are young...as am i....and the "mom" two pieces are not going to happen for me!! i surf and am at the beach or on a boat and i am hoping that i can still wear my really low suits??? Your stomach does look AMAZING!!! CONGRATS! I am getting more and more excited!

you look awesome~ I cant believe it was onlt 6200 for tt & breast aug....
Karen1967 19 Apr 2010
I had two kiddos, and your experience sounds great. Two questions: You say your level of pain is "severe". Like what? How do you manage? For how long? How do you sleep? Do you have to bend forward all the time? What did all the surgery cost (tummy tuck and breast)? $6,000 doesn't sound right?!?! I am interested in the breast argumentation more than the tummy job, pleeeeease let me know.
gettinsexyback 20 Apr 2010

Hi, I was hoping you can send me some additional pics and give me more information on all that was included in your procedure for 6200. I also live in Dallas Tx and have 5 kids. I am looking forward to getting a TT and maybe BA. I appreciat all your help!

You look great. I had my TT & Lipo on 3/25/10 so far so good. I got my done in Mumbai, INDIA at Fortis Hospital Dr. Prasad and he did a great job. I was about a 38-39 inch waist give or take some..and when the swelling goes down hoping to be between a 28-30 inch waist. I have a lot of swelling do to the liposuction. Incision seems to be healing fine too...there are just a few spots that are a little irritated, but been putting 1st aid cream on it. When did u start to use MEDERMA? I have a tube already do to my daughters scare from a bike fall. I won't use it until all the scabs are gone and the irritation is gone. Like I said I had no drainage or anything. I was exercising 4x's a week, eating healthy and could not get the weight off even if I tried. Dr. Prasad said I would have never been able to lose the weight even if I continued to do that. I am glad I had it done for $4700.00. I had better service over there then I have had in the USA. When the surgery was done...the nurses all said my stomach is flat and looks really good. I had a cold when I went there so they only gave me a epidural for safety reasons. Man those hurt...and I am pretty tolerably about pain...but I want to be totally out if I ever get anymore work done. Again great results. Kelly

You look great. You can tell you have been working out also. I am always afraid of the fake belly button after a tt, but you look great.
lowrider 17 May 2010
Thank you for the compliment. I was afraid of the belly button too, but mine actually does not look fake. My doctor did a wonderful job, I have a couple of friends who had tummy tucks and they hate the way their belly button's look. Yes I have been working out, my abs are coming back....I am so excited. Before I had my first child and after him I had a six pack. Never got it back after the second one was born....so sad.

I am very much interested in using your doctor and will be contacting him for a consult in the next few weeks. I plan on having mine next spring and would like for the Doctor that I go with to tell me what I need to do up to that point if it will help with recovery. I have SO many questions- Please email me so I don't have to bog down the post here! I'm SO excited!!! :)
