Hello all, I've been thinking about breast...

Hello all,

I've been thinking about breast augmentation for a few years now and am finally going through with it with the support of my sweet husband. I'm a 34B and would like to go to a small D (I think, anyway!) 3D imaging will help get a better idea at the pre-opt appt. I have a little bit of back scoliosis, so my left breast hangs a little lower, I believe.

Fitness is a part of my lifestyle and with that can bring a small chest, which makes me feel unfeminine and not sexy. Not only that, but I don't like the way my breasts look. I want bigger breasts, period! Lol.

My husband and I are undecided about children, but when and if we do, my doctor said I should still be able to breastfeed. I guess I won't know for sure until it happens, but I'm willing to take that risk. Planning to go with the inframammary incision and under the muscle, silicone implants.

I'm having my pre-opt on 18 Dec 2015 and BA on 7 January 2016. I'll be sure to post my progress and thoughts along the way. Thanks for reading!

Night before surgery!

Well, it's the night before! My showtime is in 13 hours. Feeling excited, anxious and nervous. Excited for the outcome, but nervous about the local IV anesthesia part for some reason, and the pain that accompanies this procedure. Going with 450cc on one side, 400-425cc on the other, silicone implants. Trusting Dr. Klink and his expertise! I'll write when I'm on the other side. Say a prayer for me, prayer warriors!

Surgery complete!

I'm home from surgery and doing well. I have drains for a few days, icky, but hey, it's not forever. Surgery went well and I was put under general anesthesia, THANK GOODNESS! It was the best sleep ever, lol! For some reason I thought I was going to be under local iv anesthesia.

It's been a few short hours and I'm in a ton of pain. So sore and so much pressure. Getting in and out of bed is tough! Sipping on ginger ale and nibbling on saltines.

My implants are Mentor Memory Gel, Smooth Round, Moderate Plus Profile. 475cc on the right and 450cc on the left. My right side is definitely looking more swollen and bigger at the moment. Can't wait for them to settle and even out!

Will update more later.
