Excellent Results but More Pain and Down Time Than I Expected

For my 50th birthday I "gave" myself a present of Smartlipo of upper and lower abdomen and hip rolls. At 2 weeks out I am VERY pleased with the aesthetic results but must admit that it was (and still is) more painful than I was lead to believe. I absolutely could not have returned to work before 1 week, and have muscled my way thru this second week. It is definately feeling better every day - but even at this point I am surprised at the amount of soreness that remains. I did not bruise at all, my skin is tightening nicely, only a couple of small lumps where the larger instrument was used. So, I would say that it was absolutely worth it - but you should be prepared for some pain.
