Don't get a rhinoplasty unless it's something you want to do. Know what you want to change about your nose. This will help both you and your doctor to figure out if rhinoplasty is a good option for you. It will hurt and you may regret it at first because of the pain but it is definitely worth it.

Dr. Gallego took everything I said into consideration when we discussed my rhinoplasty and then told me, truthfully, what he thought. I appreciate this since he obviously has more experience than me. He even spent some extra time during surgery to make sure that everything looked good. With this being my first ever surgery, I was definitely scared but he and his staff made me feel comfortable and always let me know what to expect. They even called a few days later to make sure that everything was going well.
