I had coolsculpting on my lower and upper tummy bulge on Sat 15 Dec 2012. The procedure was a little uncomfortable for like 3-5 minutes and after that there's not much discomfort. I read the reviews and was praying and hoping that I wouldn't experience the pain so many of you described. But alas...

Day 6
It was so painful last night! Had to place an icepack and a compression garment (girdle) around my tummy. It's little electrifying burning pulses that irritate you.  Little knives stabbing and poking at you when you least expect it. No jumping or running. Skin feels numbed and rubbery. Pain was bearable but uncomfortable at first but how it's quite awful...from 2 to maybe a 6.

Day 7

Slept at 4am last night as I was rushing my report. The pain was between a scale of 6-7. Ice-packs n compression garment didn't really help. Sleeping on my tummy seems to alleviate the pain. Just getting your mind focused on work is another way to distract yourself from the pain.

Day 12
It is no longer painful like I am suffering from cold burns. But the itching has begun. Scratch...scratch...

Day 14
Tummy feels numb still.
Not painful.
Doc said that you should massage the area for 3-4 mins every day.
Noticed a pimple on the treatment area n squeezed it.

Day 15
Pimple feels swollen n hard.
I believe it used to be a fatty lipoma.
I squeezed it when I was showering and this time, gross yellowish brownish pus flowed out.
I immediately stepped out of the shower to take a pic.
Hopefully it heals. Not sure if I should squeeze or leave it alone till it is ripe. Then squeeze everything out. But what if it leaves a dent? Sigh..

Totally bumped by the possibility of having a scar due to the removal of whatever I have...a cyst?

Day 17
Went to the same doctor to ask about the swell.
He said its a boil.
I shouldn't squeeze it.
Gave me cream antibiotics n anti-inflammation meds.
I will see him in a week if the swelling doesn't go down.
The clinic assistant had called Zeltiq to ask if anyone else had a similar case. They said NO...
Let's hope for the best.

Day 34
The cream n antibiotics worked.
It is no longer swollen.
Been receiving quizzical compliments such as...
Did you lose weight
Are you on a diet
Your tummy looks flatter. ..
Did you do something?

Smiling secretly n hoping all of you bear with the pain.
The results are definitely worth it.
I'm 1 month and 2 wks out. No more itching; nothing hurts. But my stomach doesn't look any smaller and my pants are just as tight. Do you think the daily strawberries with a little ice cream and angel food cake are doing it? duh..... My back and upper body look slightly better, but not sure it was worth the money. I know I have to wait longerto really know what it will do. And have to lay off the strawberries etc. Other than that, my diet is really good. No snacking, lots of salads, almost nothing fried..

Good your boil healed well, and really exciting you can see good results already! And probably more to come, since its just early days.. Did you just change your review to 'Worth it' as we'll? That's cool..
