Wearing size M in white (too tight) but wear a size 34 c in another style sports bra that fits. Use to be size 34a.

I feel way better now. I been taking 2000gm of vitamin E. And about 2000gm of vitamin C. I noticed surgery made me constipated. The med made it worse. Stop taking my pain meds 3 days PO. The vitamin c helps with a lot... construction! Reduction of swelling. . . And no high dose of vitamins did not act like drugs (over dose)... never seen any proof of vitamin overdose. Fyi... for me more then 3000 mg of vitamin c will make my bowls very soft. Thats me tho. Vitamin E for my scar. Gel tab. 5 of the 400mg through out the day is how I took it. With vitamin c I had 2 tabs of the 500mg in the morning and 2 at night... b4 bed.
My back has been hurting when I go to the store. Im out for 15min and idky but my uper back throbs in pain. Then I have to go home. I have a 10 month old. A heavy one too. I only pick her up if truly nessary. Like to put her in the vehicle, tub, crib, out of trouble. . Sadly not to spoil her. Im not suppose to be carrying that much weight anyway. Too much over my limit lifting make me more sore.
My breasts are starting to settle down now. Not fully but much better then day 3.

I feel a little better today. Finally took the wraparound bandage. It sticks real bad so I was told to wet the bandage first so it doesn't hurt taking off. My boobies are so high and sence the bottom portion of my breasts were wrap tight. Im thinking its going to take time for them to drop. My incision is very visible and dark.
