I wanted to eliminate excess fat from under my chin. Doctor Naficy suggested that we add a small implant in addition to the lift to give the chin a more chiseled appearance. I was not sure about the implant when he described it, but the outcome was excellent. The healing process was easy, no real pain and I was able to go out and about after three days. The bottom of the chin had a slight ridge that gradually dissipated after a few months.

Hi thanks for the review! I got a question, as I understand you are several months post-op now, did you have any tightness in regards to swallowing, or was there tightness only around the chin region? I'm also curious as to whether you actually feel the implant (without touching it), is it very noticeable, as if there were a large foreign object in your chin? Thanks!
