I had Juvederm in marionette lines only. Even though I avoided blood thinners before, I bruised terribly, and was very lumpy on one side. I am a week out and lumpiness remains. I am waiting a few more days to make sure it isn't from the bruising before I contact the doctor.
I had Preville previously, and found it to be quite nice, but short acting. The Juvederm may last longer, but if the lump stays, that is not good. And, I preferred the way the Preville looked. I probably will not purchase Juvederm again. I do like my dermatologist, and would go back.
