I've been a patient for at least two years now....

WORTH IT

I've been a patient for at least two years now. I've had laser removal of hair in the chin area (very successful outcome). I've also been receiving consistent botox to address a very stubborn "eleven" (frown lines between my eyes). I also have had my Roseacea addressed to some degree.

Dr. Reichel leads an awesome, intelligent, motivated, positive, caring and very customer service oriented team. Every detail is attended to which to me means that that level of thoughtfulness and quality is indeed also present in the actual treatment or procedure. And what's really great is that all those qualities have been consistent during every appointment. I'm so glad I've found a team I can go to for my dermatology needs that I can count on and feel so comfortable with. Note: I chose "unknown/don't remember" because I couldn't quite find my procedures. It's too complicated to fetch the receipts to determine what the three treatment areas have added up to, so I'm entering "zero". I assume them to be competitively priced, and never thought otherwise. Billing process has been seamless.
