Breast Implant Revision: Stories

In November of 2011 and I began searching for a plastic surgeon to replace a ruptured implant from an augmentation that I had done by an out of state doctor in 2006. I had researched and met with numerous local surgeons, but in my opinion, none of them had the combination of credentials, ethics, skill, bedside manner and communication skills of Dr.Salemy. I came to him in need of breast reconstruction and I wanted to replace my saline implants. Dr. Salemy and his nurses did an outstanding job of educating me as to my options. He took the time to listen to my needs, fears and desired results. He was friendly, warm, caring and respectful. I never felt rushed or that I was taking up his time. These traits are not often found in surgeons. I also expressed to him that I was interested in other cosmetic procedures he told me that I was not ready for these procedures and that if I preceded with them at this time the results would more then likely be unnatural and ruin my natural beauty. So rather than ‘take my money’ and perform additional unnecessary procedures Dr. Salemy displayed ethics and integrity.

I was thrilled with breast reconstruction and implant removal and replacement. He replaced my saline implants with silicon gel implants. The amazing thing is that they look and feel as if I was born with them! He did an incredible job! Thank you Dr. Salemy and staff! I recommend everyone who is thinking about plastic surgery to be extremely cautious about choosing a surgeon so you won’t have to visit Dr. Salemy later on to have him “fix” a blotched procedure which can be devastating and costly. Dr. Salemy is a shinning example to his profession and I would highly recommend him for any procedure. You can be confident that your results will not only be natural and effective but you will also receive the utmost respect and care from Dr. Salemy and his wonderful staff.
