Went to Dr. Guerra after a breast implant deflation. Decided to throw in some bra roll lipo (since I'd be under anyway ;). Replaced my saline implants with slightly smaller silicone implants. The results are amazing!

The process was easy, the staff is always warm and friendly, and recovery was a breeze. This is my second time undergoing surgery through Dr. Guerra, and he is the best! An extremely talented doctor and a great man in general.
Glad to hear your are so happy with your results. Is the silicone a lot more natural looking than the saline? How long has it been since your surgery?
