All my life i have wanted a biger butt. im very insecure about my body. Im 27 with 4 kids, and I have had 4 c sections. i love my babies indeed i do. but my body is f***** up. now i never had any butt. But hunny i was a dime (almos) lol. now i just want to cry when i look at my body real talk i have cryed many time be4. :-( No man have ever seen me without anything one.NEVER!!! i dont even like going to the dr. But thanks to you guys I feel like there is hope after all. So im packing my tears away. :-). i love the work that i have seen by many dr's but im in love with Dr.Salama. I want me a SALAMA MAKEOVER BBL AND TT!!!!!!!!! IM A SINGEL MOM and i work hard. Its time for me to be happy. im going to seen Dr.Salama some pics and hope that I can pay for this sexy new body. Any one that has time plz let me know any and all about this that you can. plz and thank you.

hey sorry you guys i took my pics down. i had to get a new laptop so i dont have them anymore. but. im happy i guess. my butt is bigger than it was. because i was FLAT lol real talk. and my shape is better also. but i would love to have a round two. i have not been eating right so it's on me. no one even knew i had work done i hide it well. but i will put my now 6mo pics up soon. maybe a tt will get me right. i dont want my butt to look to big or fake so idk if i will go for a round two or just a tt. but im back to working out. and i hope it helps. some of my fat came back. from not eating right or working out. but over all im very happy that I had this done.

I have to agree with Ebony6187, I don't get it. No pics. Did you do the massages and get a new garment. Hard to understand results if can't read them or see them, confusing.

Tmoney81- I had mine done by Perry! If you want ass & hips go to Salama. If you want a nice hour glass with a little bump, go to Perry. I'm really satisfied with my results. My waist is tiny, I have hips, but not that much projection. I'm more wide than anything. My butt looks bigger because my waist is so small. I could def do more booty. Hey- I am scheduled to have a BBL with Dr. Perry in September... I can see that he is amazing with sculpting- ie achieving the hour glass figure but none of the pictures I have seen have a big KK like booty- one that really sticks out!! I want hips and ass..
Dr. Salama I see does the whole massive out there booty; but not too impressed with his sculpting. Bit confused as to who I should finally go with...
