DONT GO With Dr Lacerna. I had very bad experience with her. wasted my 6k

I went to my follow app today and nope. She said nothing is free but the worse part was when she said because of my review she's loosing customers..My eyes got wet in tears. I cry like a baby in my car. And after all what she told me even that she don't feel good working with me anymore I been so stupid and asked then how much is gonna be for a second bbl? She and her patience coordinator brought me a papers they told me to go with any Dr that I want Salama Mendieta.. Pay $10k if you want ask to any Dr for second opinion they said but don't say that I'm doing laser lipo to harvest the fat. So I answer her that I wrote that because you never explain that you do the laser at the end. I had to call and ask but it was after I wrote what I wrote and yes I told her I'm not happy with my results but there were a lot of excuses and then I decide to just leave that place with tears on my eyes. They wanted me to sign a release form but I didn't I not even took the papers that they game me to show other Drs for second opinion on top of that my baby girl was crying so at the exit door when I was coming out Dr Lacerna told me. So you going to call us and talk more about it when you baby is more calm? I didn't said nothing only move my head and I left. This was the very worse part Thanks Dr Lacerna. You said you will see me for a whole year but it been 3 months and 2 weeks and you wanted me to sign idk what kind of papers!!release papers? Uh! Thanks again. And no. I'm not going back. God bless

Aww i am so sorry your results acme you the way you didnt want them. Those doctors need to be held accountable for the job they deliver, Its you that has to deal with the results of her bad work not the doctor and its so unfair. Hang in there hunny, i wish you the best.

Only 10 days for a Year after my BBL with Dr. Lacerna

Here are the pics I'm talking about.I'm 129 pounds but what bothers me are the marks left by the Laser that Dr.Lacerna use on me.I still have those burn marks .take a look at the pics.

20 days to almost a Year after my worse day ever.my BBL with Dr.Lacerna. Burn Marks by the Laser she use are still horrible.. Grrrr c the pics!

Sweetie I am so sorry that you ha a bad experience and outcome with this surgery. Have you considered seeing another doctor for a Round 2? It has been 11 months since your surgery, so your body is healed enough to undergo the procedure again. If you decide to do a Round 2, be sure to go with a doctor that is very experienced in this procedure and has a track record of satisfied patients. I know that it is very heartbreaking to spend all that money, put your body through hell, and then be unsatisfied in the end. I wish you the best of luck if you decide to pursue another doctor to correct the errors. *love and hugs*

Wow that's terrible! I know surgeons that if you are unhappy they will at least sit there and listen to your concerns and try to find a way to solve it!!! Or help yikes!!! Good luck girly keep your head up!

This is unacceptable! u can obviously see that it wasnt done properly..im soo sorry that you had this experience....look for a Dr. that has lots of satisfied patients...there are girls who go for a round2 and still use the same dr... i wish u the best

Oct 3 will have A Year BbL.nothing has changed.

Almost a year of my Bbl with Dr. Lacerna I still have those brown pink big pimples marks of the laser that she use.I don't like it.it looks very bad.my but! Nothing to say.I don't like it and still I keep my word I had a bad experience ever with that Dr.I will uplosd pics soon.yup .I'm still here.not leaving. Ok
