Hello ladies! My name is Mary, I live in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
My current body stats are:
Height: 151 cm - 4'11''
Weight: 118,8 lbs
Body fat: 24%
Bra band size (VS): 34 B
I have been on and off the BA wagon for many years. I have a life-long struggle with my weight, and to my dismay, when I get things better on that department, my boobs DISAPPEAR, lol!
I am currently on a fitness journey that is really transforming my approach to nutrition and fitness. So far I have dropped almost 9 pounds and have a few more to go.
But the fat loss has already taken its toll on my poor boobies. I have some 34 B bras from Victoria Secret I am not filling, leaving that annoying gap near the straps.
Almost a year ago, a friend of mine was prospecting BA too and I went to a consultation with a PS (which later performed my friend's BA) as a "trial" to my friend who tagged along.
The doctor was very very nice and friendly, and I explained to her that I did not seek more volume, just an improvement on the shape of my breasts: my dream is to look good braless, with nice, round perky breasts. I am very active and do not want my breasts to weigh me down or make me look less athletic.
PS's recommendation was silicone high profile 250cc implants over the muscle.
I really think it was a very good choice, but I can't remember her measuring me, so I am a little afraid this implant does not "match" my chest wall - I am fairly small on height but not exactly petite, having a broad chest. Also I do not see a lot of over the muscle implants around Realself... any ladies with experiences?
Also the amount of money involved on this is a little daunting. My friend had her BA done with this PS and payed BRL (brazilian reais) 12,000. It was several months ago so I guess prices could have gone up. I do not have much savings, and I do not intend to ask for my parents' money (unless I am lacking only a minor amount), so I expect to save up most of the money, and then return to a consultation with the PS.
Also I intend to reach some body recomposition goals before considering myself ready for this "treat". I plan to drop body fat to around 20% or less and keep this weight, preferrably building a little lean mass.
I'll shortly post some pre op pics and some wish boobs!
